摘要： Provided is a device for sampling and pretreating biological fluid. It comprises: a piercing unit having at a lower portion a capillary tip which is to be inserted into skin to a predetermined depth to take biological fluid therethrough; a dropper, connected to an upper portion of the piercing unit, having an injection tube at an upper portion thereof, the injection tube communicating with the capillary tip; and a reagent container, designed to accommodate the piercing unit therein in an airtight manner so as to seal an outer circumference of the piercing unit, functioning to contain a reagent for treating the biological fluid of the capillary tip of the piercing unit. The device allows even a novice to sample and pre treat biological fluid with high accuracy without the use of expensive precision devices. The device employs fewer expendable supplies, thus providing higher convenience for the user.

The system for providing advertisement at a set top box in connection with VOD contents, comprises: a VOD server for providing VOD contents; an advertisement server for providing advertisement data; and a set top box for processing the VOD contents from the VOD server and the advertisement data from the advertisement server to display the VOD contents and the advertisement data on a user's television, wherein the set top box includes: an input/output unit for performing input and output of data transmitted to the set top box; a VOD management application for receiving and processing information of VOD contents orderable for a user, a user interface for expressing the information and an order of the user; a cache memory for buffering the ordered VOD contents; a storage for storing the advertisement data from the advertisement server; an advertisement-data management application for managing the advertisement data; and a buffering monitoring scheduler for monitoring status of buffering VOD contents at the cache memory and controlling the advertisement management application to process the advertisement data during the buffering based on the monitoring result. By implementing the present invention, the advertisement data can be efficiently utilized through a set top box in connection with display of VOD contents.

摘要： A piezo ceramic transformer working at a full wave length mode, &lgr;-mode, in accordance with the present invention has a driving region divided into two sections in the center and two generating regions at the end regions of a thin rectangular bar. Two input sections are built into multi-layered structure with multiple internal-electrodes and poled along the thickness direction with polarization in the neighboring layers opposite to each other. Alternating internal electrodes are connected in parallel through two external electrodes in each input section. Polarization in the same layer of two input sections are disposed in the same direction, and two external electrodes of two input sections in the same side of driving region are connected 180 degree out of phase to each other to a driving circuit. Two CCFLs are connected directly to two output electrodes at the end of the piezo ceramic transformer, respectively. Polarization in two output sections is along the length of the piezo ceramic plate, but the respective direction is in opposite way. Alternatively, polarization in the same layer of the two input sections are disposed in opposite direction, and two external electrodes of two input sections in the same side are connected in phase to each other to a driving circuit.

摘要： A magnesium alloy that forms a stable protective film on the surface of molten metal, having excellent ignition resistance restricting natural ignition of a chip thereof as well as having excellent strength and ductility, so that the Mg alloy can be melted and cast in the air or a common inert atmosphere. The magnesium alloy includes, by weight, 7.0% or greater but less than 11% of Al, 0.05% to 2.0% of Ca, 0.05% to 2.0% of Y, greater than 0% but not greater than 6.0% of Zn, and the balance of Mg, and the other unavoidable impurities. The total content of the Ca and the Y is equal to or greater than 0.1% but less than 2.5% of the total weight of the magnesium alloy.
