摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent the whole device from becoming large-sized by providing a stepped die and plural constraining member that hold a work and enabling constraing and release of the die by short stroke of an oil pressure cylinder. CONSTITUTION:The titled device consists of a die 2 that holds a long-sized hollow work 1, a constraining member 3 that constrains the die, a die holding device 5, a liquid pressure device 11 for constraining and a liquid pressure device 12 for sealing. Plural stepped parts 2b and trough parts 2c are provided alternately in the die 2, and plural constraining members 3 are provided in contact with the stepped parts 2b. Connecting devices 4 are provided between the members 3 and between the members 3 and the liquid pressure device 11 for constraining. By this device, the die is constrained or released by short stroke of the oil pressure cylinder of the device 11, and the whole device is prevented from becoming large-sized.

CONSTITUTION:A powder molding 4 enclosed with a rubber mold 2 and elastic bodies 3a, 3a' is contained in a cylindrical die 1, and is pressurized with a pressurizing rod 5, whereby hydrostatic pressure is generated. Here, the uniform hydrostatic pressure is obtained by laminating and combining the bodies 3a, 3a' differing in hardness alternately >=2 layers. It is equally avilable to laminate and combine the bodies 3a, 3a' differing in the modulus of longitudinal elasticity alternately in >=2 layers. Thus the uniform hydrostatic pressure is generated.

摘要： PURPOSE:To manufacture the high damping material excellent in the damping performance and mechanical performance for reducing the oscillation or noise, by installing many grooves in the surface of material, and by applying the stretch or draw forming to the material after inserting the dissimilar material in these grooves. CONSTITUTION:On purpose to manufacture the high damping material for use of sounders and industrial machineries, etc., the concave grooves 2 are installed in the material 1 like as the steel sheet SS41, etc., and the dissimilar material 3 like as the welding steel wire, etc., is inserted in these grooves 2. By rolling this material in the longitudinal direction of the groove 2, the rolled material 1b, internally possessing the boundary plane 4b, is obtained. The specimen is prepared by cutting above rolled material in the direction perpendicular to the groove; this specimen is annealed, and its damping capacity is measured by the transverse oscillation method; from the result of this measurement, it is learned than the damping performance hardly changes even if the amplitude of maximum distorsion is large. Besides, if the material is cut parallelly to the groove, the damping performance is large. Moreover, if the macro-shape of the boundary plane obtained by the stretch or draw forming is adjusted so as to be 1c, etc., the fatigue strength is improved.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent the production of gas defects and improve quality and productivity by using the material comprising forming metal powder to base material. CONSTITUTION:A bar-form base material 1 molded by metal powder is melted to strip form at the portion of a heating coil 3 in a holding pipe 2. It is then drawn downward and the strip form molten part 5 is force-cooled near the position of a cooling pipe 4. Here, if glass powder is added at 0.1-5.0wt% at the molding of metal powder, a glass film is formed on the base material 1 surface and the growth of crystals in the direction from the center toward the outside circumference is impaired, thus the base metal becomes the unidirectional metal material in which the crystals have grown in the direction parallel to the axial center of the base body 1. If an organic binder is added at the time of molding, this gasifies at the heat melting and plays the role of removing the internally existing air and therefore the production of gas defects is prevented.

In this case, a thin plate of a material, same as or different from the basic material 1, a metallic or plastic diaphragm- shaped substance having a melting point lower than that of the basic material 1, a material having anti-corrosive or anti-wearing properties or the like, is used as the material 2.
