    • PURPOSE:To obtain a highly reliable, movable vane type rotary compressor having a simple structure by guiding oil in cooling medium discharged from a compression operating chamber, through an annular groove and a thrust race, so that the oil is used as lubricant oil for a thrust bearing and also used as compressed oil for applying urging force to vanes. CONSTITUTION:Cooling gas medium compressed by the rotation of vanes 14 and discharged from a discharge port 20 to a discharge space, is led through an oil separating element 27 for separating oil therefrom, and then discharged from a discharge port 28 into an evaporator which is not shown, after oil is separated thereform. Meanwhile, the separated oil is led from an oil hole 30 in an R/H plate 3 to an annular groove 32 in a thrust race 15B, as shown by arrow A, due to differential pressure, and then is fed to the root portion of vanes 14 after the oil being subjected to pressure drop by a resistance through a gap between a thrust race 15B and the R/H plate 3.

    • PURPOSE:To increase separating efficiency of oil even in a compressor having more than three compression chambers, by providing a hood to cover each discharge port of sliding vane compressor to the inside of a pressure discharge chamber, and by filling a filter as well as to provide a parting plate and a baffle plate to each part. CONSTITUTION:A hood 27 covering each discharge port, interconnecting to a breather 32 provided to the rear side of a plate 2, forming an internal chamber of a sliding vane compressor, is provided to the inside of a pressure discharge chamber, formed between a hood 11 of a compressor and a plate 2. A filter 31 is filled in order to increase separating efficiency, as well as to provide parting plates 29a-29d and a baffle plate 30 to each part. The refrigerant mixed with an oil, discharged from a breather 32, collides against the projected part 26 formed on a hood 11, where particles of oil are made rough, and they pass through a parting plate 29a and so on. During this time, the particles of oil become further rough by colliding against a cover 27, a parting plate 29a and so on, to reach a baffle plate 30, where they are made rough, furthermore. According to these processes, the oil and the refrigerant become easy to be separated from each other, so that oil separating efficiency can be enhanced, without limitation of the number of compression chamber 17.

    • PURPOSE:To remove moisture in working medium and restrict a flaking of a roller bearing by a method wherein dehydrating agent selected from ion exchanging resins, or high water absorption resins is contained in the working medium flow passage in a freezer device having, as its working medium, refrigerant of fluorocarbon and aliphatic synthetic lubricant oil. CONSTITUTION:As working medium, medium containing as its moisture content 300ppm or less, defined by a chemical formula of CxHyFz (where, x is an integer of 1 to 3, y is an integer of 1 to 7 and z is an integer of 1 to 7) as refrigerant of fluorocarbon and having as its critical point of 40 deg.C or lower is used. As aliphatic synthetic lubricant oil, at least one of polyalkylene glycol, neopentylpolyol ester and polyether modified siloxane is used. Beads or particle form of ion exchanging resins or high water absorption resins is preferable in view of their easy handling. The resins are contained in a container in a working medium flow passage so as to adsorb and remove moisture content in the working medium. Restriction of flaking is assumed to be caused by the fact that sintering and fragile of hydrogen generated by decomposition of moisture content adsorbed to an active micro-crack at the surface of a bearing produced by a repetitive load through a removal of moisture content in the working medium does not take place.
