    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute simulation for an operation confirmation test of a function to be tested, without having to influence other functions, in a plant monitor and control system.
      SOLUTION: An automation processing server 1 is provided with an input point data part 23 and an output point data part 24 for an automatic plant start/stop (APS) function which is a function to be tested, and during simulation, test data are set in the APS input point data part 23 and an APS processing result is stored in the APS output point data part 24, so as not to affect other functions. Furthermore, an HMI device 2 also is provided with an APS input point data part and an APS output point data part, and during simulation, other test data are received, in addition to normal data; and a data reference destination for picture display is switched to perform normal plant monitoring and confirmation of the test result.
