Along the line of the flange part 3 matching with a corner part 2d on the opposite side where the front face plate 2a and the side face plate 2b of the outer plate 2 join, the door plate is bent inwardly to form a bent part 3a by smoothly curving the surface consisting of one bent face.

    • PURPOSE: To provide a refrigerator capable of reducing electric power consumption accompanied by defrosting by a method wherein the defrosting of an evaporator is effected efficiently within a short period of time. CONSTITUTION: A refrigerator is constituted so that the upper cover 17 of a heater cover formed of one or a plurality of slanted planes or curved surfaces and having a skirt unit whose downstream end of the flow direction of water produced by defrosting is bent inward deeply, is provided between a defrosting heater 10 and an evaporator 1, arranged above the defrosting heater 10. In this case, the slanted plane is provided with a slanting angle of 20 deg.-60 deg. while the curved surface is provided with a radius of curvature of 10-23mm. Accordingly, loss due to the heating and evaporation of the water produced by defrosting or the like is reduced by the effect of improving the drainage property of the upper cover and the like.

Foods are put in and taken out by taking the containers 7, 8 to this side. Bottles or foods taller than an inter-rack mesh size are contained by altering how to install the containers 7, 8.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a vessel pull out device by installing a rotary partitioning body, which forms a magnet gasket receiving section on the other door, to one of a double-leaf-hinged door of a refrigerator which closes the opening of said refrigerator with a first door and a second door. CONSTITUTION:When pulling out vessels 12 and 13 from an inner box 2, the aforesaid vessels 12 and 13 are pulled out up to a spot which comes into contact with projected parts 6a and 6b of door inner boards 6 and 7. Then, the vessels 12 and 13 are slanted at the angle of theta1+alpha to the center of the refrigerator as illustrated in Fig.2, using a clearance existing between the inner box 2 and the vessel 13, relief sections 12a and 13a, and a space produced by the lack of a fixed partition. This construction makes it possible to eliminate any need to do special work to the vessel and use a narrow vessel for its opening width, and hence maintain the content volume of the vessel.

CONSTITUTION:After cold air from a cooler chamber passes a flow rate regulator 8, the flow of the cold air is branched into a plurality of cold air distributing passages 14a and 15a, and distributed to refrigerating chambers through cold air discharge ports 22a, 22b, 23a, 23b, 24a, and 24b formed in the branch passages 14a and 15a. In this case, since a plurality of cold air distributing passages 14a and 15a are disposed on both sides of the deep part of the central part of the refrigerating chamber with a given distance therebetween, cold air through the cold air discharge ports 22a, 22b, 23a, 23b, 24a, and 24b is dispersed laterally widely to uniformly cool the interior of the chamber. When temperature in the refrigerating chamber & changes out of a given range, the change is detected by means of a temperature detector 7 mounted in the refrigerating chamber, and a flow rate regulator 8 located in a cold air feed passage is operated.

    • PURPOSE: To cause an entire shelf to be slid forward or rearward and improve an easiness in use of the shelf by a method wherein auxiliary frames slid to predetermined positions are arranged at both side surfaces of two shelf nets within sliding grooves arranged at an inner box of a main body of a refrigerator. CONSTITUTION: Auxiliary frames 12 slid to their predetermined positions are arranged at both side surfaces of a front shelf net 10 and a rear shelf net 11 within sliding grooves fixed in shelf ribs 8a of an inner box 8 of a main body of a refrigerator. An engaging piece 9a and a protrusion 12d for adjusting sliding forces in forward or rearward direction engaged with each other to the sliding groove 9 and the auxiliary frames 12 are engaged with the front ends of the auxiliary frames 12 and both ends of a front ornamental plate 13 fixed to the front end of the front shelf net 10 and having a handle 13a for a drawer. There are provided stoppers 12a, 13b for restricting a forward or rearward motion of the front shelf net 10 within the auxiliary frames 12. In the case that the forward shelf and the rearward shelf are used as one shelf, the handle 13a is drawn out. The forward and rearward sliding motions can be easily carried out and the foods placed at a deep side of the shelf can be easily taken out. The auxiliary frames 12 are prevented from being moved toward a user by the engaging piece 9a and protrusion 12d, and then the front shelf net 10 can be prevented from being moved within the auxiliary frames 12 by the stoppers 12a, 13b.
