    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a correct signal not affected by a frequency deviation by accumulating at an accumulator although an error takes place when the frequency deviation is in existence in a local oscillator between a transmitter and a receiver and an output signal of the accumulator is subjected to a delay detection. SOLUTION: When a frequency deviation is in existence in a local oscillator between a transmitter and a receiver, since a sine wave whose frequency is Δf is multiplied with an input signal to multiplier circuits 31, 32, a received wave is inverted after 1/2Δf[S] period. Thus, a signal BQ' being the output of an accumulator 35 has a waveform as shown in figure B. When the signal BQ' is subjected to delay detection, an error is produced as shown in figure C in a signal DQ after detection. In this case, the signal DQ is accumulated by an accumulator 46 as shown in figure, the effect of the error is eliminated as shown in figure E in the output of a comparator 48. Thus, even when a frequency deviation is in existence in a local oscillator between a transmitter and a receiver, the deterioration in a code error rate is avoided and an information signal at a low speed is sent.
