The server apparatus includes a document storing apparatus registering portion for registering information on each of the document storing apparatuses, a box information obtaining portion for obtaining information on the boxes from each of the document storing apparatuses, a storing request receiving portion for receiving a storing request of the document, a storing destination deciding portion for deciding one of the document storing apparatuses and one of the boxes thereof for actually storing the document, based on any one or more of information including information on the document corresponding to the storing request, information on the document storing apparatuses registered in the document storing apparatus registering portion, and information on the boxes obtained by the box information obtaining portion, and a controller for transmitting the document to the document storing apparatuses having the one of the boxes selected by the storing destination deciding portion and making the document storing portion store the document in the one of the boxes.

On the other hand, a received job is displayed on a screen of an operation panel of a digital copier 1. Whether or not the display attribute is attached to job data is determined in display processing of this operation panel. Then, if the display attribute is attached, the display screen is changed corresponding to the display attribute. This display attribute contains enlargement of a display content, change of display color and the like. If a function corresponding to the display attribute is not supported, a program attached to job data is executed. Consequently, there is provided a job information display apparatus, a job execution apparatus, a job instruction apparatus and a job processing system capable of changing the display screen depending on the display attribute of the job.

摘要： In an image forming apparatus for reading a document image and forming the document image on a paper, document image data are divided into a plurality of blocks and the document image data are compressed in the unit of block to be stored in a first memory device. The data read from the first memory device are expanded in the unit of block to be stored in a second memory device. Compression time and expansion time are estimated and image output start time for a printer is set based on the compression and expansion times before expansion of all the blocks is completed. In a different way, the start time is set to read data from a second memory device by a printer for printing, after estimation based on expansion time on data not yet expanded by an expansion device. In a still different way, predetermined form data such as page number are superposed with image data. The form data is drawn first in a page memory device and expanded image data are superposed next in the page memory device. Print is started by taking drawing time of the form data into account.
