    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple branch part anticorrosion structure of a metal pipeline and a corrosion prevention method of the pipeline branch part.SOLUTION: A branch part anticorrosion structure of an embedded metal pipeline is provided. An outer circumferential surface of a main pipe (straight pipe) 1 of the branched part is covered with a heat-shrinkable tube 3 so as to perform corrosion prevention. The branch part is covered with a cover 10 over the whole region and an epoxy resin 14 mixed with sand is filled over the whole region within the cover. Therein, a packing 13 is arranged while interposing the edge of the tube 3 over the outer surface whole circumference of the main pipe corresponding to main pipe side both edge parts of the cover to prevent resin leakage. Further, irrespective of the size of diameter of the branch pipe 2, reliable closure between the cover and the branch pipe is materialized by the use of filler resin. By virtue of the resin filling, tight sealing between the cover inner surface and the branch part outer surface is provided. Thus, high corrosion prevention can be assured by a simple structure.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent breakage of a polyethylene sleeve and erosion of a pipe caused by water intrusion from an end.SOLUTION: In a polyethylene sleeve 11 for preventing pipe erosion covered on an outer periphery of a pipe 1 buried underground, a water-absorbing swelling material 22 is provided on an inner peripheral side of a basic sleeve material 21 constituting an outer layer, and the water-absorbing swelling material 22 is sandwiched between the basic sleeve 21 and the pipe 1. The water-absorbing swelling material 22 on the inner peripheral side of the basic sleeve material 21 functions as a seal material, and thus, water intrusion from an end of the polyethylene sleeve 11 can be prevented. Even when breakage occurs in the basic sleeve material 21, the water-absorbing swelling material 22 swells by intrusion of groundwater, and functions as a self-repair material for closing the breakage, and therefore, water shielding performance can be maintained, and erosion of the pipe 1 can be prevented.

With a decrease of the residual amount, powder P slides smoothly toward the exhaust port owing to the inclination of the porous plate, and further the flow of the powder is promoted through adjustment of the air pressures in the minor chambers so that the powder is allowed to gather at the exhaust port and then exhausted.
