摘要： PURPOSE:To realize the title board which is excellent in wear resistance, weatherability, water resistance and the like and has long term usability and shows beautiful decorativeness by a structure wherein a plurality of wood-plastic composite (WPC) decorative veneers having specified thickness are pasted onto the surface of wood-based board in pattern and grooves and having specified width are made along the joined edge faces of WPC decorative veneers from their surfaces. CONSTITUTION:The board concerned is produced by integrally bonding a plurality of rectangular WPC decorative veneers 2 and square WPC decorative veneers 3 1mm or more thickness in proper pattern such that the rectangular WPC decorative veneers 2 are assembled around the square WPC decorative veneer 3 having their opposed edge faces 7 joined to one another onto the surface of a large-sized rectangular wood-based board having proper thickness. At the joined edge faces of the WPC decorative veneers 2 and 3, grooves 4, each of which a V- or U-shape in section, are machined from the surface so as to arrive in the neighborhood of the rear of the veneer. The width of the groove 4 is machined so as to be 1.5 times or more as thick as the thickness of the WPC decorative veneer 2 or 3 in order to make the shape of the joint, which is made by the groove 4, large for improving the solid feeling effect of the board.
