摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain efficiency and to perform maintenance operation such as the replacement of a needle block and the carrying-out operation of a disposal jag by providing an automatic manipulator with a function of moving even to a cylindrical coordinate system simultaneously upward/downward movement. CONSTITUTION:A needle block 2 consists of a liquid reservoir part 3 and a needle part 4 and is arranged at the circumference of the wall surface in an inner box 1. The automatic manipulator 8 is a cylindrical coordinate type and approaches an optional block 2 and a jag sending and receiving opening 7 through the upward/downward movement by a ball screw 9 and the rotation by a gear 10. An air sending device 6 sends the externally received jag to a manipulator hand part 5 from the sending and receiving opening 7 with air and a jag after sampling is sent into the device 6 from the sensing and receiving opening 7. The manipulator 8 stores a disposal jag receiving block 14 which contains the disposal jag in a conveyance container in an article carrying-in/out port 1, and also detaches and carries the closed needle part 4 out of the port 13 and fits a preliminary needle part in a specific block at the time of the replacement of the needle part 4.

A metal itself or a metal supported on alumina, zeolite, active carbon or the like may be used as the metallic catalyst. The obtained catalyst is preferably used at a low temperature especially below 100 deg.C, preferably at an ordinary temperature.

摘要： PURPOSE:A petroleum storage tank is provided with an anaerobically sulfur- metabolizing layer and an aerobic metabolizing layer and with a pump or blower inside to effect desulfurization utilizing the storage time effectively in low energy costs. CONSTITUTION:Inside the tank containing petroleum containing sulfur 3, are provided the sulfur-metabolizing layers 2 composed of the upper aerobically sulfur- metabolizing layer 2-B that is prepared by immobilizing aerobic microorganisms on a support and the lower anaerobic layer 2-A prepared by use of anearobic microorganisms above the petroleum surface. Then, the petroleum is made to flow down and brought into contact with the both layers, meanwhile the layer 2-B is kept aerobic to propagate the aerobic microorganisms, which metabolize the sulfur in the petroleum. Further, the anaerobic microorganisms in the layer 2-A are propagated under anaerobic conditions to remove the sulfur in the petroleum, thus effecting the desulfurization of petroleum.

摘要： PURPOSE:To avoid closure of powder bearing layer by bearing particles by supplying drainage in downstream flow to utilize a bearing fluidized floor floating on the water to thereby maintain high biological reaction speed so as to reduce the size of the device. CONSTITUTION:Drainage is treated by immersing powder bearing floawing on the water with lighter apparent specific weight than water in water, adhering biology thereto in floated state, introducing the drainage through the powder bearing layer in downstream flow, and treating it in contact with the biology upon passing thereof through the layer to thereby recover treated water layer from the bottom. According to this method, nitrogen gas produced by the denitrifying reaction becomes small bubbles to rise in the fluidized floor to eliminate the disadvantages of the conventional upstream flow method such as introduction of floating the bearing particles, the increase in the powder amount flown with the treated water, but to be preferable for formation of fluidized layer. Since it is aerobic treatment, the air fed from the bottom of the floor performs the same as the nitrogen gas as air bubbles.

摘要： PURPOSE:To accomplish re-use of water containing a carrier and a peeled off microorganism by circulating the water as is through the bottom of a fluidized bed in a method of denitrifying waste water by forming a fluidized bed empolying a carrier having the microorganism attached thereto. CONSTITUTION:Raw influent 1 is injected into the bottom of a reaction column and evenly dispersed by a dispersion plate 3. Then, together with circulating treating water fed on to the dispersion plate 3 with a circulating pump 12, it fluidizes a medium having microorganisms attached thereto in such a manner as to form a fluedized bed 4 for denitrification. A part of the treating water reaching the top of the column is withdrawn from a line 11 to be inducted into the column again as a circulating treating water with the circulating pump 12 while the remainder thereof is drained out of the top of the column as treated water. The circulating pump 12 sucks the medium with sludge attached, peels the sludge off the medium by a shearing force of sucking pump blades, and finally sends the sludge and the medium to the bottom of the fluidized bed.
