According to an embodiment of the present invention, the cooling module for a vehicle comprises a radiator arranged at the front side of the vehicle, receiving a coolant therein, and cooling the coolant through heat exchange with outdoor air; a first condenser arranged at one side of the radiator in the width direction of the vehicle, receiving the coolant therein by being connected to the radiator through a coolant pipe, receiving a refrigerant through a refrigerant pipe, and allowing the refrigerant to be condensed therein through heat exchange with the coolant; a second condenser mutually connected with the first condenser through the refrigerant pipe for receiving the condensed refrigerant from the first condenser, and arranged at the front side of the radiator for allowing the refrigerant to be additionally condensed through heat exchange between the refrigerant and the outdoor air which flows from the outside when the vehicle is driven.

The heat exchanger for a vehicle according to the embodiment of the present invention comprises: a heat exchange part having first flow paths and second flow paths which are alternately formed therein, and condensing the refrigerant through mutual heat exchange between the refrigerant passing through the first flow paths and a working fluid passing through the second flow paths; a first and a second inlet formed on one surface of the heat exchange part, allowing the refrigerant and the working fluid to flow thereinto respectively, and connected to the first and the second flow paths respectively; a first and a second outlet corresponding to the first and the second inlet, formed on the other surface of the heat exchange part respectively, and mutually connected to the first and the second flow paths so that the refrigerant and the working fluid passing through the heat exchange part can be discharged; and a noise reducing unit corresponding to the first inlet into which the refrigerant flows, installed on the one surface of the heat exchange part, and reducing noise and vibration which are generated when the refrigerant supplied from the compressor flows.

The heat exchange unit comprises a plurality of tubes(132) and a radiation fin(134) and exchanges heat of a refrigerant and outer air moved through each tube. The heat exchanger unit mutually connects an inner longitudinal direction of first and second headers(110,120). The refrigerant tank is mounted on the outside of the first header and forms a refrigerant inlet(142) and a refrigerant outlet(144) on one side. The refrigerant tank supplies the refrigerant to the heat exchange unit through the first header and discharges the refrigerant passing through the second header of the heat exchange unit. The refrigerant tank is divided through a first partition(146) formed across the refrigerant inlet and the refrigerant outlet. The refrigerant tank is formed on the upper part connected to the refrigerant inlet and comprises a spiral groove generating a volution by inducing rotation of the refrigerant in order to separate oil included in the refrigerant.
