    • PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing multi-plated stainless steel sheets for the application to an exhaust pipe of automobile is provided to produce a multi-plated stainless steel sheet having superior corrosion resistance against NaCl solution even at high temperature. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of the multi-plated stainless steel sheet comprises the process of forming an Al vacuum-deposited layer (2) having a thickness of 20μm on the upper surface of a stainless steel sheet (1) so as to give corrosion resistance even at high temperature; forming a Si vacuum-deposited layer (3) having a thickness of 0.5-3μm on the upper surface of the Al vacuum-deposited layer with maintaining the temperature of the stainless steel sheet over 300deg.C; forming an Al vacuum-deposited layer (4) having a thickness of 1-4μm on the upper surface of the Si vacuum-deposited layer.
    • 目的:提供一种制造用于汽车排气管的多层不锈钢板的方法,以生产即使在高温下也具有对NaCl溶液具有优异耐腐蚀性的多层不锈钢板。 构成:多层不锈钢板的制造方法包括在不锈钢板(1)的上表面上形成厚度为20μm的Al真空沉积层(2)的工艺,以提供耐腐蚀性 即使在高温下; 在Al真空沉积层的上表面上形成厚度为0.5-3μm的Si真空沉积层(3),使不锈钢板的温度保持在300℃以上; 在Si真空沉积层的上表面上形成厚度为1-4μm的Al真空沉积层(4)。
