    • PURPOSE: A thinner composition for RRC and EBR processes is provided to conduct EBR process without tailing on edge part of a photoresist and to improve process stability and increase yield. CONSTITUTION: A thinner composition for RRC and EBR processes comprises 40-90 parts by weight of an alkyl lactate, 5-30 parts by weight of cyclohexanone, and 1-30 parts by weight of alkyl acetate. The alkyl substituent of the alkyl acetate is C1-5 nonether-based alkyl group. The composition additionally comprises a silicon-based surfactant. The alkyl substituent of the alkyl acetate is a methyl group, ethyl group, or propyl group. The thinner composition for EBR process comprises 40-90 parts by weight of an alkyl lactate, 5-30 parts by weight of the cyclohexanone, and 1-30 parts by weight of the alkyl acetate. The alkyl substituent of the alkyl acetate is C1-5 nonether-based alkyl group.

    • A guard service supply system using sender information and a method are provided to enable a guardian to obtain a right to access a terminal of a ward, so that the guardian can hear peripheral noise of the ward by remotely accessing by using the right, thus the guardian can easily perceive the current situation of the ward. At least more than one receiving terminal(110) is equipped. A sending terminal(100) obtains an accessing right for the receiving terminal(110), and connects a call with the receiving terminal(110) by using the obtained right if a guard service request for the selected receiving terminal(110) exists. A right server(140) provides the accessing right by authenticating the sending terminal(100) if an accessing right request is received from the sending terminal(100). If the guard service request exists, the receiving terminal(110) decides whether to allow access of the sending terminal(100), and performs a call by turning off a speaker.
