摘要： A piezoelectric filter and other electronic components are constructed such that the accuracy of frequency adjustment can be increased and an improvement in efficiency of the adjustment operation can be achieved. The piezoelectric filter includes a plurality of piezoelectric resonators including a substrate and a vibration portion provided on the substrate, the vibration portion having a structure in which the top and bottom surfaces of a thin film portion including at least one piezoelectric thin film are sandwiched between at least a pair of an upper electrode and a lower electrode facing each other, wherein the upper electrode of a predetermined piezoelectric resonator is made of a material having susceptibility to etching that is different from that of the upper electrode of the other piezoelectric resonator.

The LED chip can be electrically connected to both of the pair of electrode members, and a clear resin portion can be formed to surround the LED chip. The clear resin portion can include a wavelength converting material mixed therein, wherein the LED chip emits ultraviolet, blue and/or yellow light, and wherein the wavelength converting material mixed in the clear resin portion converts light from the LED chip to green and red light that is longer in wavelength than the originally emitted light from the LED chip.

摘要： On the basis of the temperature detected by a temperature detecting sensor, a control section determines whether the fuel processor in a warm up state or a stationary running state. In the machine-warming state, adjusting/supplying unit controls the S/C ratio of the water/fuel mixed gas so as to be lower than that in a stationary running state of the fuel processor. The quantity of water supplied to a vaporizing section is decreased so that the heat quantity required to create the water/fuel mixed gas can be reduced. Thus, the heat quantity used to warm the vaporing section pan be increased, thereby permitting the time for warming the fuel processor to be shortened. Further, even when the water/fuel-mixed gas is reformed to create a reformed gas, excessive water vapor is not left in the reformed gas. Therefore, condensation of water vapor does not occur within the fuel processor.

The signal processor essentially includes a low-pass filter circuit (11) for passing on only a DC component of an input signal (Vin) received from a pyroelectric infrared sensor (1), and a differential amplifier circuit (21) arranged to amplify only an AC component of the input signal (Vin) on the basis of a DC signal (VDC) passed through the low-pass filter circuit (11) and the input signal (Vin) received from the pyroelectric infrared sensor(1). Along with the input signal (Vin) from the pyroelectric infrared sensor, the differential amplifier circuit (21) is supplied with the DC signal (VDC) which is a DC component of the input signal (Vin) which has been passed through the low-pass filter circuit. The differential amplifier circuit (21) operates to amplify a differential signal (Vin-VDC), producing at its output terminal an output voltage Vout having only an AC component (VAC) of the input signal amplified at an amplification factor .alpha. as determined by settings of resistance values.

The apparatus includes a lens position detector for generating a lens position signal indicating a position of the objective lens in a radial direction of the disc with respect to the optical head which is movable relative to the disc.
