摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of limitation of a position for mounting a tag transmitter as a conventional tag system is generally not provided with electric power including a battery and a measurement data missing problem which is caused in the case that there are a plurality of tags.
SOLUTION: In this invention, limitation of a mounting position is removed as the tag transmitter is provided with a battery and transmitting distance is extended by transmitting the very weak radio wave of a UHF band or a specific small power radio electric wave from the tag transmitter which is triggered by receiving a tag starting signal of long wave band. On the other hand, the measurement data missing problem is resolved by shifting transmission timing of tag information which is transmitted from each tag transmitter by a means for repeating transmission in a random manner by referring a time value which is calculated by multiplying a variable value recorded in a tag and a random number value of a random number generation part.

On the other hand, the transmission timing is that data transmission of tag information sent from each tag transmitter is made in time shifting, by a measure to randomly repeat transmission in a time multiplied a variable value stored inside of the tag by a random value of a random value generating part making the tag seizure signal as a clock.
