    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with a tray inserted in the bottom and miniaturize a case and reduce the cost, by pivotting a lid so as to open/close it at one side of the bottom provided with a space containing an optical disc and fitting a clamp fitted to the center hole of the disc, at the central part of the bottom. SOLUTION: An optical disc case 10 is provided with the bottom 11 having a space to contain an optical disc, a lid 12 pivotted so as to open/close at one side of the bottom, and a clamp 13 fitted at the position near the center of the bottom 11. A front cover is set at the inside face of the lid 12 and a back cover is put at the inside face of the lid 12. The clamp 13 is constituted of a base 13a, an elastic fitting part 13b fitted in the center hole 14a of the disc 14, a plurality of fixing parts 13c arranged along the peripheral edge of the base 13a. The fixing part 13c is pushed in the fixing hole of the bottom 11 from the upper side of the back cover to fit the clamp 13 to the bottom 11.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and effectively protect an optical disk against unauthorized duplication by forming a disk substrate with a rugged pattern based on a 2nd recording signal obtained by modulating a 1st recording signal. SOLUTION: This method for supplying information is performed in such a manner that the 1st recording signal S1 to be recorded on the optical disk 20 is modulated by making its prescribed partial part the blank state into the 2nd recording signal S2, and this signal S2 is recorded as a rugged pattern on the substrate of the optical disk 20 to be supplied to the user. On the other hand, the prescribed partial part (a 3rd recording signal) of the 1st recording signal S1 is recorded on a floppy disk 22 to be supplied to the user. On the side of the user 21, the 1st recording signal S1 is reproduced based on the 2nd recording signal S2 obtained from the optical disk 20 and the 3rd recording signal S3 obtained from the floppy disk 22. Consequently, even when the optical disk 20 is duplicated, the whole part of the 1st signal S1 cannot be obtained so that the protection against unauthorized duplication can efficiently and effectively be performed.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively remove org. matter in air and to prevent the degradation in the working rate of a recorder by providing the inside of a main body section arranged with a laser device, etc., with an org. matter expelling means. SOLUTION: A mechanical unit 2 is provided in its upper part with a clean air supplying device 9 for supplying the clean air into this unit 2. An air filter 11 filters the air pressurized and fed into the unit 2 by blast 10 by means of the org. matter expelling means 12 (a carbon filter consisting of active carbon and paper filter 13). The dust, dirt and org. matter included in the air are removed by the air filter 11 and only the clean air is fed into the unit 2. The unit 2 is provided in its lower part as well with the org. matter expelling means 14. The air 16 entering the inside of the unit 2 from the upper part and lower part is filtered by the air filter 11 and the carbon filter 14, by which the clean air 17 is obtd.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform efficient and reliable drying by a method wherein a solvent for liquid is heated to a temperature higher than the temperature of an object to be dried, the heated steam is blown against an object to be dried, and when a condensed liquid solvent is an insoluble solvent, the insoluble solvent repels liquid. SOLUTION: A heated steam generating part 14 to generate steam by heating a solvent, formed of, for example, perfluorohydrocarbon, to temperature higher than a normal temperature, is disposed to the outside of a casing 11 at the interior of which a turn table 13 is arranged. In this case, a stamper 15 on the turn table 13 is washed by pure water and pure water resides on a pit surface 15A. Heated steam generated by the heated steam generating part 14 is blown against a pit surface 15A of a stamper 15 through a slit. A liquid solvent is condensed on the pit surface 15A and pure water residing on the pit surface 15A is repelled for removal. Subsequently, the turn table 13 is rotated at a high speed and the liquid solvent residing on the pit surface 15A is shaken off for removal.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lessen the formation of the flashes of a UV curing resin protruding from the outer periphery of a rotary stamper by forming the outside diameter of a substrate and the outside diameter of the rotary stamper nearly equal to each other. SOLUTION: This spacer layer forming device has the stamper 107 which is arranged to face the low reflection film on the substrate 101 and a UV curing resin supplying machine 23 having a resin supplying nozzle 22 for supplying the liquid UV curing resin 103a between this stamper and the low reflection film. The device has a means for forming the spacer layer consisting of the UV curing resin 103a between the substrate 101 and the stamper 107 by rotating both of the substrate 101 and the stamper 107 while crushing the UV curing resin 103a by bringing the substrate 101 and the stamper 107 into pressurized contact with each other. At this time, the outside diameters of the rotary stamper 107 and the outside diameter of the substrate 101 are nearly equal to each other, by which the flashes protruding from the outer periphery of the stamper 107 are less produced. In addition, the treatment is made easier and the productivity is improved even when the flashes are stripped by pressing a cutter blade, etc., to the outer peripheral surface.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to switch plural kinds of exposure patterns with one device by switching the coating conditions and/or exposure conditions of a photoresist according to desired exposure patterns. SOLUTION: A conducting film layer 11 is formed on the resist 10B remaining on one surface A of a glass substrate 1 and the one surface A of the glass substrate 1 exposed via this remaining resist 10B. An electroforming layer 12 of a prescribed thickness is formed by electroforming, etc., on this conducting film layer 11. In succession, the conducting film layer 11 and the electroforming layer 12 are integrally peeled from the glass substrate 1 and thereafter, its surface is washed. As a result, a stamper 13 dealing with a high density is formed. In such a case, the production by easily switching the stamper 23 corresponding to the optical disk of the conventional type and the stamper 13 dealing with the optical disk of the high-density type is made possible by switching the prebaking temp. and time of the resist layers 10, 20 and the cutting output of a laser hν for exposure.
