The fishline 142 is wound on the spool 146 by rotating the bail assembly 128 around the first axis line 110 by the operation of the driving means 148. The vibration structure 156 is driven by the operation of the driving means 148, and reciprocally moves the spool 146. The vibration structure 156 has the first gear element 158 and the second gear element 160, and the first gear element 158 is rotatably driven around the second axis line 152 crossing the first axis line 110 by the operation of the driving means 148. The second gear element 160 has the first line 164 of teeth, and the second line 166 of the teeth, and the first gear element 158 alternatively engages with the first line 164 of the teeth and the second line 166 of the teeth.

    • PURPOSE: To provide a boss for reinforcing a structural interface between an outer shell of a high-pressure vessel and a nonmetallic liner by furnishing a boss with a ring-shaped neck protruding outward from an opening in the outer shell, a ring-shaped flange for reinforcing the periphery of the opening, and locking grooves to generate engagement with tabs on the liner. CONSTITUTION: A pressure vessel 10 is formed from a fiber-reinforced outer shell 12 and a nonmetallic internal liner 14. A boss 16 protrudes outward upon penetrating a polar opening 18 in the outer shell 12 and forms a pressure port 20. The boss 16 is furnished with a neck 24 protruding outward, where a throat 26 fitted with a taper is extended upon penetration of the polar opening 18. From the neck 24, a ring-shaped support flange 28 is extended, and its outer surface 30 is located around the opening 30. An angular mounting flange 32 is installed protruding for a prescribed distance W2 outward in the radial direction from the support flange 28, and locking grooves 40 and 42 are provided at the inner and outer surfaces. The locking grooves 40 and 42 are fitted in tabs 44 and 46 of the internal liner 12.
