摘要： A device for fixing roof tiles, in particular, bent tiles (61) and flat roof tiles (61), for connecting them to each other and/of to the surface of a roof (30), comprising an interposition hook (1) with a bent end (3), whereby in use said bent end (3) of the hook engages with an edge of said roof tiles, said hook comprising at least two adjacent stiff wire portions (8 and 9) united by at least a connecting portion (10), said wire portions having two free ends (4 and 5) opposite to said connecting portion (10) and said bent end (3) being defined by said two bent ends (8 and 9). The flat roof tiles (62) and the bent tiles (61) can be fastened through a plurality of hooks (1) arranged between bent tiles following (61), distanced by hooks (1) comprising a tie- member (20). A head hook element (40) is provided adapted to stop terminal flat tiles of (61' and 62' ). In case of a roof (30) having a high slope, at least one hook (I' ) and a tie-member (20' ) are provided adapted to stop corresponding flat roof tiles (62).

摘要： Tile panel assemblies and systems of manufacturing and installing said tile panels. The tile panels of the subject invention can be used as a covering for walls, roofs, siding, etc. on a variety of structures. In one embodiment, the tiles are manufactured of a lightweight concrete having sufficient strength to withstand extreme weather and wind conditions, as well as normal handling or foot traffic required for installation and maintenance. In a further embodiment, the tiles of the subject invention comprise insulation, preferably foam, affixed thereto. The tile panels are constructed so as to present an overlapping configuration and selectively interlocking systems that provide resistance to negative pressure wind uplifting and enhanced insulation properties. Also disclosed is a tile bracket apparatus that can secure the leading edge of a tile to prevent wind-uplift.

摘要： A roofing tile system provides a secure covering for a building roof and comprises a plurality of rigid tiles attached on a pitched roofing substrate in multiple interlocked rows of tiles. Each tile includes a protected end partially overlapped by another tile in an adjacent row, and an exposed end. The protected end of each tile includes at least one attachment hole and at least one anchoring panel. The exposed end of each tile includes at least one interlock hole. Primary roofing screws are provided for driving through attachment holes and into the substrate for attaching tiles in side-by-side relation to form multiple rows. Secondary roofing screws are provided for driving through interlock holes and into the interlock panel of a partially overlapped tile in an adjacent row, for interlocking the exposed ends of the roofing tiles with anchoring panels in adjacent tiles.

摘要： A roofing shingle for enhanced wind/rain durability embodies two transverse lines of adhesion. A first discontinuous line of adhesive joins the butt edge of an overlying shingle to the underlying shingle. Secondly, a band of sealant adjacent the top edge of an underlying shingle seals against an overlying shingle to prevent penetration by wind driven rain to the roof deck. A reduced headlap is thereby permitted, thereby either reducing shingle size or extending shingle coverage. Exposed portions of the sealant band improve the erosion resistance of underlying shingles.

摘要： A roof construction uses a one-component adhesive to adhere roof tiles to a roof. The adhesive is formed in a U-shaped pattern in that the adhesive is dispensed in a bottom leg deposit on the tile's underside, a bight deposit extending about the tile's leading edge and a top adhesive deposit overlying the bottom deposit and extending on the outside surface of the tile. As the tiles are laid onto the roof in an overlying fashion, the U-shaped adhesive is sandwiched between the tile, the overlying tile and the roof forming sealing contact therewith and therebetween.
