摘要： When emitted light from LED 31 is incident on photodiodes 32 and 33 with luminance Pa and Pb, currents ia and ib are generated according to luminance Pa and Pb. When outside light is incident through the finger tissues on photodiodes 32 and 33 with luminance Pc, current ic is produced. The current i1 (=ia+ic) generated by photodiode 32, and the current i2 (=−ib−ic) generated by photodiode 33, are added at node X, and the current ic corresponding to outside light is thus cancelled. In addition, photodiodes 32 and 33 are disposed at different distances from LED 31. As a result, the current flowing to opamp 34 is current ia corresponding to luminance Pa because luminance Pb is extremely low. The opamp 34 then applies a current voltage conversion to generate pulse wave signal Vm.

摘要： Muffler assembly for an engine comprises an outer cylinder constituting a muffler body, an inner cylinder coaxially disposed in the outer cylinder, a connection cylinder disposed inside the inner cylinder having one end on an upstream side and another end on a downstream side, a partition plate disposed inside the inner cylinder at the downstream end of the connection cylinder, first and second silencer chambers formed at the upstream and the downstream end of the connection cylinder, respectively, an inlet, pipe through which an engine exhaust gas is introduced into the muffler body, and an outlet pipe having an upstream end disposed inside the inner cylinder and a downstream end opened outward of the muffler assembly. The connection cylinder has an upstream end portion in which a plurality of holes are circumferentially formed. The inlet pipe has a downstream end portion in which a plurality of holes are circumferentially formed so as to flow the exhaust gas passing from the inlet pipe into the first silencer chamber. The upstream end of the outlet pipe is plugged and coaxially inserted into the downstream end of the connection cylinder, the outlet pipe having an upstream end portion in which a plurality of holes are formed. An resonance chamber is formed so as to surround the outlet pipe at the downstream portion thereof.

摘要： A wire bonding apparatus with a bonding head that includes an ultrasonic transducer having a capillary at its tip end, piezo-electric elements that form a pair of complementary action type extension and retraction driving elements which cause the ultrasonic transducer to move with respect to a transducer holder, an impact detection sensor, and a Z motor which drives the transducer holder. The piezo-electric elements are arranged so that when one of them is driven to extend, the other is driven to retract. When the impact detection sensor detects that the capillary is lowered by the Z motor and comes into contact with a bonding object (semiconductor chip), the driving of the Z motor is stopped, and the piezo-electric elements are driven to the directions of extension and retraction in a complementary manner, thus swinging the ultrasonic transducer and moving the capillary upward.
