摘要： A display substrate includes a gate line, a data line, a pixel electrode, a storage line, a dual transistor, a connection transistor, a voltage-decreasing electrode, a first contact electrode and a second contact electrode. The voltage-decreasing electrode is disposed on the storage line. The voltage-decreasing electrode is connected to a connection drain electrode of the connection transistor. The first contact electrode overlaps with the first pixel part and is electrically connected to the first pixel part. The first contact electrode is connected to a first drain electrode of the dual transistor and a connection source electrode of the connection transistor. The second contact electrode overlaps with the second pixel part and is electrically connected to the second pixel part. The second contact electrode is connected to a second drain electrode of the dual transistor. Therefore, the aperture ratio of the display device may be increased.

摘要： A display apparatus includes a plurality of pixels. Each pixel includes a first sub-pixel that is charged with a data signal corresponding to an input gray-scale, in response to a gate signal, and a second sub-pixel that is charged with the data signal in response to the gate signal. A boost capacitor is disposed between the first and second sub-pixels. The boost capacitor increases the voltage of the signal charged in the first sub-pixel and decreases the voltage of the signal charged in the second sub-pixel. Each pixel further includes an initializing device to initialize a first electrode of the boost capacitor and a switching device to change an electric potential of the first electrode of the boost capacitor.

摘要： A color filter substrate includes a color filter, a common electrode, a first blocking layer, and a second blocking layer. The color filter is formed in a unit pixel. The first blocking layer corresponds to an outline of the color filter. The second blocking layer is formed in the unit pixel, and under the color filter so to be covered by the color filter, thus decreasing a volume of the color filter. A common electrode is formed over the color filter and the first blocking layer. Thus, an amount of a color filter pigment required for manufacturing the substrate may be decreased and manufacturing cost may be decreased.
