摘要： An integrated anti-lock braking system (ABS)/traction control (TC) braking system for a vehicle having a fluid activated brake for a wheel is provided the system in one embodiment includes a system controller for signaling the system to an ABS or TC mode, a master cylinder for delivering pressurized fluid to the wheel brake, an actuator with a longitudinal bore having a first stop. A hollow primary piston is slidably mounted within the longitudinal bore biased towards the first stop. The interior of the primary piston is fluidly connected with its exterior. A secondary piston is slidably mounted within the primary piston and movable in one direction to pressurize the wheel brake and movable in an opposite direction to relieve said wheel brake in response to the controller.

摘要： A vehicle braking system having a wheel lock control arrangement with isolation valves for each wheel brake and either three or four solenoid and brake control valves for the system. In one arrangement, each wheel brake and isolation valve has its own solenoid and control valve. In other arrangements two front wheel brakes have separate solenoid controlled operating valves and the two rear wheel brakes have a single solenoid controlling operating valve controlling both isolation valves. Traction control is incorporated into the system so that a wheel brake required braking for traction control purposes may be applied by pump pressure without the vehicle brakes themselves having to be applied through service braking.

A pair of spring clip legs projecting inward near the pushrod eye ride on a grooved pin which is attached to the brake pedal. The outer ends of the spring clip legs pop into a groove and retain the clip and the pushrod eye in position on the actuating arm pin so that forces may be transmitted between the actuating arm and the pushrod through the pin.

摘要： A vehicle brake booster and master cylinder assembly has a vacuum suspended booster section and a hydraulic booster section in series, and a master cylinder unit in series with the booster sections. During normal operation the vehicle operator obtains boosted brake actuating pressures from the master cylinder by operation of the hydraulic booster section throughout the normal stroke of both booster sections without operating the vacuum booster section. If additional brake actuating pressure is required after the hydraulic booster has reached its run-out condition, the master cylinder is actuated normally through mechanical force transmitting elements which are parts of the booster sections. If there is no hydraulic pressure available for hydraulic booster operation, the control valves of the booster sections move from the first range of operation which normally controls the hydraulic booster section to a second range of operation which actuates the vacuum booster section. If additional master cylinder output pressure is required when the vacuum booster section has reached its run-out condition, the master cylinder is actuated manually as before. A hydraulic pressure actuated blocking mechanism prevents control valve movement to actuate the vacuum booster section when the hydraulic booster section is normally operating.

摘要： The present invention provides electronically conducting polymer films formed from photosensitive formulations of pyrrole and an electron acceptor that have been selectively exposed to UV light, laser light, or electron beams. The formulations may include photoinitiators, flexibilizers, solvents and the like. These formulations can be used to manufacture multichip modules on typical multichip module substrates, such as alumina, fiberglass epoxy, silicon and polyimide. The formulations and methods of the invention enable the formation of passive electronic circuit elements such as resistors, capacitors and inductors in multichip modules or printed wiring boards.
