摘要： An entrained flow gasifier designed as a component for an Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle plant of optimized efficiency is provided. The raw gas initially flows through a waste heat unit designed as a radiation cooler and subsequently flows through a full water quench. This results in a higher ratio of steam in the raw gas, which decreases the medium-pressure steam supply before the water-gas shift and thus improves efficiency in IGCC plants with CO2 separation.

摘要： Disclosed is a burner for oxidant gasification of pulverized fuels under high pressures of e.g. 80 bar (8 MPa) and temperatures of e.g. 1200 to 1900° C. in reactors with liquid slag removal for oxygen gasification, the individual pulverized fuel supply tubes in the burner are designed such that, while retaining the entry cross-sectional area of the tube, the cross-section makes a systematic transition to a curved rectangular duct matched to the annulus. This means that fuel feeding ends immediately adjacent to the oxidant duct, and the flow rate provided in the feeding element is maintained up to the outlet, thereby ensuring trouble-free flow of the pulverized fuel and reducing the amount of inert gas required for purging the feeding element in the non-operational state.

摘要： An oil gasification burner for liquid fuel is proposed which comprises, on a centrally arranged pilot burner part, a number of supply elements arranged outside the annular channel concentrically to the burner axis with pressure atomizer nozzles for introduction of liquid fuel. The pressure atomizer nozzles are embodied such that a fine atomization of the liquid fuel occurs before it comes into contact with the rotated oxidation means. Different liquid fuels can be supplied via the individual supply elements. This enables the nozzle parameters to be adapted to the particular conditions (pressure difference, fineness of droplets, spray angle etc.) of the liquid fuel through a choice of replaceable nozzle.

摘要： A system for fluidizing and conveying a powdery product is provided. The system includes plurality of powder-locking and metering vessels, the vessels each having a conveying line for the powdery product and a control mechanism for the mass flow of the powdery product. The conveying lines are brought together to form a common conveying line and are supplied to a remover of the powdery product. The powder-locking and metering vessels are alternatively fed with the powdery product and tensioned with the fluidizing gas under operating pressure. The control mechanisms of the powder-locking and metering vessels are activated in such a manner that the mass flow sum of powdery product in the conveying lines is identical to the desired value for the mass flow of powdery product to the remover of the powdery product.

摘要： A method for starting high-performance entrained flow gasification reactors with a combination burner or a plurality of pulverized fuel burners, and an ignition and pilot burner. The ignition and pilot burner is ignited, substoichiometrically with fuel gas and a gasifier containing free oxygen. The reactor is brought to the pressure intended and a flow of a fuel gas is supplied with a partial flow of the gasification agent at a substoichiometric ratio through the fuel lines leading to the fuel burner and ignited by the flame of the ignition and pilot burner with a partial flow of the gasification agent. Next, the pulverized fuel is supplied together with a further oxygen-containing gasifying agent through the supply lines to the pulverized fuel burner and is ignited by the flame of the ignition and pilot burner and by the fuel gas flames of the combustible gas generated at the pulverized fuel burner.

The method includes the steps of slurry preparation and infeed to the reactor, gasification in an entrained flow reactor with cooled reaction chamber contour, partial quenching, waste heat recovery, and wet or dry dust separation, with the crude gas being pretreated so that it can be fed to other technological steps such as crude gas conversion or desulfurization.

摘要： Product gas resulting from the partial oxidation of finely divided fuel in a reactor is discharged as a stream into a tube leading downwardly into a vessel containing a water bath in which the lower end of the tube is immersed. Liquid slag produced during the partial oxidation is also discharged as a solid stream within and surrounded by the stream of product gas. The tube is cooled by circulating cooling water upwardly through an annular clearance in the tube which is discharged from the annular clearance at the upper end of the tube for gravity descent as a liquid film along the inside of the tube. The slag becomes cooled and granulated on contact with the water bath and is discharged from the vessel in granulated condition. The gas escapes from the lower open tube end, travels upwardly through the water bath to become cooled thereby, and is then discharged from the vessel in cooled condition.

摘要： A method for producing electric energy from solid and liquid fuels is provided. The fuels are first subjected to a gasification process at high pressure, and the scrubbed gasification gas is fed to a gas and steam turbine process. The combustion of the scrubbed gasification gas in the gas turbine chamber does not occur with air, but with a mixture made of the three components oxygen, carbon dioxide and water vapor. As a result, the waste gas of the gas turbine is made only of carbon dioxide and water vapor. After the condensation thereof, technically pure carbon dioxide remains, which can be dissipated by storage in the deep substrate of the atmosphere.
