    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor rotor in which a clearance is not created between a rotor core and a magnet. SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a motor rotor includes a process for preparing a green compact 23 which contains first powder 21 serving as a rotor core, and second powder 22 coming into contact with the first powder 21 and forming a magnet, and which is formed of the first powder 21 and the second powder 22 compressed and molded in contact with each other, and a process for sintering the green compact 23. The process for preparing the green compact 23 includes a process for molding a rotor core part 25 having an aperture by compressing the first powder 21, a process for charging the second powder 22 into the aperture in the rotor core part 25, and a process for preparing the green compact 23 including a magnet 26 having the rotor core part 25, and the second powder 22 by compressing the rotor core part 25 and the second powder 22.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase generating torque at the time of a differential revolution, miniaturize a coupling and make the coupling light in weight by setting a ratio of whole capacity of a through path of a torque transmission member and volume of gas of a viscous fluid chamber to a prescribed value based on the filling factor of viscous fluid of the viscous fluid chamber. SOLUTION: A viscous fluid chamber B1 is maintained in a fluid-tight state by a sealing device between a front cover 3 and a hub 5 and between a rear cover 4 and the hub 5. Silicone oil 16 is filled with a prescribed filling factor in the internal space. In the internal space of the viscous fluid chamber B1 , an outer plate 9, an inner plate 8, a spacer ring 14 and a pressure receiving plate 15 are arranged, air is held in the slit of the outer plate 9 as a through path, air is interposed between the surfaces of the plates 8, 9 and oil 16 and the whole capacity of the slit is determined based on the filling factor of oil 16. Therefore, gas is interposed between a torque transmission member and viscous fluid, the prevention of a shearing action on viscous fluid and reduction of surface area of the torque transmission are prevented and large torque can be generated at the time of a differential revolution.

Further, action direction lines N1 , N2 of pressing force are made to agree with the center of the contact surface. In this way, despite a wearing amount, since reaction forces Rin , Rout always act toward the center lines P1 , P2 , angular moment around the concerned center line is prevented from being generated. Accordingly, unevenly wearing the friction materials 24, 30 can be prevented.
