摘要： The present invention provides a method for manufacturing an image recording body comprising: image-forming, to form an image on a surface of a film by an electrophotographic method; positioning, by overlaying the film onto a support so that at least one side of the support and a side of the film on which the image is formed are opposed to each other so as to obtain a laminate body; and heating and pressing the laminate body, wherein cleaning at least one of a surface of the laminate, a surface of the film and a surface of the support is conducted during at least one of a timing between the positioning and the heating and pressing and a timing between the image-forming and the positioning. The present invention further provides an apparatus for manufacturing an image recording body in accordance with the method.

摘要： An image-forming method includes forming a toner image on the surface of an image carrier, transferring the toner image from the surface of the image carrier onto an image-receiving layer of a belt-shaped intermediate transfer film that is provided on a surface of a base material, superimposing the intermediate transfer film on a surface of a recording medium such that the toner image contacts the surface of the recording medium, fixing the toner image by application of heat and pressure, forming a laminate by pressure-bonding the superimposed intermediate transfer film onto the recording medium by application of heat and pressure, and peeling the base material off the image-receiving layer at the interface therebetween, so that the entire image-forming surface of the recording medium is covered with the image-receiving layer and the image is formed between the recording medium and the image-receiving layer.

摘要： A fixing device includes a fixing unit and a switching unit. The fixing unit includes an emitting unit that emits light and a housing that houses the emitting unit. The fixing unit fixes a toner image to a recording medium by emitting the light to a surface of the recording medium, the recording medium having the toner image formed thereon and having been transported to a predetermined fixing position that is away from the housing. 摘要： The second harmonic wave of a solid laser light which is emitted from a second harmonic wave light source is divided into a plurality of laser beams by a diffraction grating. The divided laser beams are converged on a record carrier into a plurality of light spots by an optical head. Magnetic field generating coils for applying magnetic fields to the respective light spots in accordance with the recording signals from a signal line are disposed under the record carrier. Part of the solid laser light is reflected and input to a beam splitter. Since part of the light input to the beam splitter is taken out, a stabilizer controls the output of the solid laser light from the second harmonic wave light source, parallel recording/reproduction using the plurality of light spots which are arranged on the record carrier is enabled and the formation of the plurality of light spots is effectively controlled. Thus, a magneto-optical recording and reproducing apparatus which is capable of high-density recording and high-speed data transfer, which supplies a stable and accurate optical output, and which facilitates the control of the optical output is provided.
