    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent electrostatic charge capacity from decreasing due to memory effect, in a hybrid type electrically-driven vehicle equipped with a generator which generates power by being driven by an engine, a storage device which stores electric energy generated by the generator and an electric motor, in which electric energy is supplied from the storage device. SOLUTION: In completely discharging a storage part A, to prevent decrease in electrostatic charge capacity due to memory effect, if its storage capacity SOCA becomes lower than a predetermined value MC1, subsequent discharging of the storage part A is performed; while since a storage capacity SOCB of the other storage part B is maintained so as to be higher a predetermined value 2, the storage device is no longer need to be discharged completely, and such a situation as a vehicle becoming difficult to drive is avoided.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the mounting property by downsizing a transmission using a winding type continuously variable transmission and a gear transmission together.
      SOLUTION: This transmission is provided with a transmission gear mechanism 17 for transmitting torque to a third shaft 16 placed in parallel to a input shaft 4 and a driven member 8, from a continuously variable transmission mechanism 6, and outputting the torque from the third shaft 16 and changing the gear ratio selectively together with the mechanism 6. Also a connection mechanism 5 connecting the input shaft 4 to a power source 2 on the same axis as the input shaft 4, a drive member 7, an input clutch mechanism 10 connecting the drive member 7 to the input shaft 4 selectively are placed in sequence from the power source side, and the mechanism 17 is placed on the same axis as the third shaft 16.
