摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clutchless variable displacement compressor which introduces refrigerant gas from an external refrigerant circuit into a crank chamber, so that lubrication and cooling of a sliding part and a lip seal can be ensured also to prevent easy generation of a liquid wash phenomenon in the crank chamber. SOLUTION: A suction passage 35 is provided in a rear side of a housing 13, the suction passage 35 is cut off by an interrupter 42 at the time of minimum capacity operation. Refrigerant gas is guided from the suction passage 35 into a crank chamber 25 through a first introducing passage 37 formed between the suction passage 35 and the crank chamber 25. Refrigerant gas is guided from the crank chamber 25 into a suction chamber 38 through a second introducing passage 48 formed between the crank chamber 25 and the suction chamber 38. In the halfway of the second introducing passage 48, a regulating valve 55 is arranged, by this regulating valve 55, a passage sectional area of the second introducing passage 48 is adjusted, a pressure in the suction chamber 38 is changed.

摘要： PURPOSE: To provide a power transmission structure in a compressor which mitigates the fluctuation of the load torque on the compressor side and transmits the torque to a vehicle engine side, and blocks the transmission of the excessive load, whose load torque is stable in the blocking and whose constitution is simple. CONSTITUTION: A driving force transmitting body 38 is screwed to a rotary shaft 34, and tightened and fixed by a lock nut 39. An annular buffer rubber 42 is interposed between the driving force transmitting body 38 and a pulley 36. Revolution of a vehicle engine is transmitted to the pulley 36 through a belt 37, and rotation of the pulley 36 is transmitted to the rotary shaft 34 through the butter rubber 42 and the driving force transmitting body 38. When the load torque on the compressor side is excessive, projections 42a, 42b are detached from storing recessed parts 40b, 41b, and the pulley 36 is in the idling condition relative to the driving force transmitting body 38.

The control computer C1 controls the input current value to the solenoid 32 depending on the detecting temperature data obtained from a temperature sensor 39. The control computer C1 instructs the input current value to the driving circuit 55 depending on the detecting temperature obtained from the temperature sensor 39. The driving circuit 55 outputs the instructed input current value to the solenoid 32.

CONSTITUTION: A rolling ball 10 is held between a driving force receiving body 8 which is stopped by a rotary shaft 4 and a pulley 6. The rolling ball 10 is engaged with the housing recessed part 8-1 on the driving force receiving body 8 at all times, and also it is engaged with the maintaining recessed part 6-3 on the pulley 6 at all times. The pulley 6 is energized to the driving force receiving body 8 by a belleville spring type pre-load applying spring 11 together with an angular bearing 5. Rotation of the pulley 6 is transmitted to the rotary shaft 4 through a rolling ball 10 and the driving force receiving body 8. In the case where the load torque of a compressor side becomes excess, the rolling ball 10 is separated from the maintaining recessed part 6-3.

Therefore, refrigerant gas is circulated in a circulating passage, and lubricating oil which makes fluid motion with refrigerant gas is lubricated in a compressor.

The rotary valve 24 abuts on a shut-out body 21 when an swash plate inclining angle is the smallest inclining angle, so that communication between an intake passage 29 and the intake refrigerant supplying passage 24a is broken.

CONSTITUTION:An electromagnetic opening/closing valve 41 opens and closes a pressure feeding path 44 for connecting a delivery chamber 3b to a crank case 2a. Also a control computer C controls the energizing and deenergizing of the electromagnetic opening/closing valve 41 based on the detection information from a deceleration detection means 51. By this deenergization, high-pressure refrigerant gas in a delivery chamber 3b flows into the crank case 2a, and the pressure in the crank case 2a is increased. Thus the inclination angle of a swash plate 15 is moved to the minimum inclined angle.

CONSTITUTION:A swash plate supporting body 14 is supported slidably on a rotating shaft 9. Also a block body 21 on the rotating shaft 9 is interlocked with the inclination movement of a swash plate 15 supported on the swash plate supporting body 14. The block body 21 is made in contact with a positioning surface 27 when a swash plate inclined angle is minimum so as to interrupt the interconnection between a suction path 26 and a suction chamber 3a. With a compressor under stopped condition, the swah plate 15 is arranged between an intermediate inclined angle position and the maximum inclined angle position by the spring action of a capacity return spring 26. Then a counterweight 15a is fixed to the swash plate 15, and a balance weight 10a is fixed to a driven pulley 10 fixed to the rotating shaft 9.
