    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote heat transmission on the surface of a causing, and to improve cooling performance by arranging a housing outside the causing so as to surround the casing via a prescribed space between, and providing lead-in guides for leading running wind into this space and exhausting guides for exhausting the running wind. SOLUTION: A housing 7 is arranged so as to surround a easing 3 via a prescribed space between and an annular swing air course 27 is formed in the peripheral surface and both side surfaces of the casing 3. Along with partitioning the course 27 by forming axial partition walls 29, lead-in guide 31 for taking running wind in and exhausting guides 33 for exhausting the running wind are connected. Consequently, it becomes possible to efficiently suppress temperature increase of the motor body 1, by causing the running wind taken in from intakes 31a of the lead-in guides 31 to pass the partitioned passages partitioned by the partition walls 29, and to flow along the annular swing air courses 27, and exhausting the wind from the exhausting ports of the exhausting guides 33.

    • PURPOSE:To decrease the loss of the heat conduction in crucibles and to improve vapor deposition efficiency by supporting the main crucible contg. a material to be deposited by evaporation into a sub-crucible by bringing this crucible into point contact with a supporting holder having a small thermal conductivity. CONSTITUTION:The crucible 24 in a vacuum chamber 21 is made into the double structure consisting of the sub-crucible 24a and the main crucible 24b contg. material 23 to be deposited by evaporation. The main crucible 24b is supported in the sub-crucible 24a by bringing this crucible into point contact at four points with the supporting holder 25 having the small thermal conductivity. The inside of the vacuum chamber 21 is maintained at a prescribed vacuum degree in this constitution and the material 23 is irradiated with an electron beam 27 from a linear electron gun 26 to heat and evaporate the material 23. The material is diffused and resin as vapor flow 28 and a vapor depositing film 36 is formed on a substrate 22. The loss of the heat conduction in the main crucible 24b is drastically decreased in this way and the vapor deposition efficiency of the material 23 is improved.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce the sticking rate of neutral atom on electrodes for recovering a product and to improve the vapor utilizing rate by providing plural catching plates in the vicinity of the surface of the electrode for recovering the product in the side of a photo-reaction part. CONSTITUTION:A substance 2 contg. plural kinds of isotopes is heated an evaporated to form a vapor flow 6, which is introduced into the laser irradiation part 12 formed between the product recovering electrodes 9. An ionized isotope 14 is generated by irradiating an electrolytic dissociation laser beam 13 which can selectively ionize a specified isotope to the vapor flow 6 by deflecting the ionized isotope 14 to the direction of the product recovering electrodes 9 using an electric field impressed between the product recovering electrodes 9. Thus, the specified isotope is separated and recovered. Plural catching plates 17 are disposed to the flow along the flow direction of the ionized isotope 14 in the vicinity of the surface of the product recovering electrodes 9, and the surface of these catching plates is electically insulated against the electrodes 9. As a result, the sticking rate of neutral atom to the electrodes 9 is reduced and the utilizing rate of vapor is improved.

    • PURPOSE:To surely recover the neutral atoms sticking to a waste recovering plate by rotating the waste recovering plate. CONSTITUTION:A material contg. plural isotopees is heated and evaporated to form upward vapor flow in nearly a perpendicular direction. The vapor flow is irradiated with a laser for ionization to selectively ionize the specific isotope. The ionized isotope is deflected in the direction of a recovering electrode by impressing an electric field thereto, by which the specific isotope is separated and recovered. The waste recovering plate 14, the rear surface of which opposite to the vapor flow 11 is recessed and which rotates around the perpendicular axis is provided to the position where the vapor flow 11 failing to stick to the above-mentioned recovering electrode collides against the waste recovering plate. As a result, the neutral atoms stocking to the waste recovering plate 14 are surely and continuously recovered and the long-term operation of the isotope sepn. is possible.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winding of rotating electric machine that is excellent in the workability of housing coils in slots, low in thermal resistance between the coil and a core, and allows the coils to be favorably cooled; and to provide a rotating electric machine.
      SOLUTION: The winding of rotating electric machine is formed by housing coils 2a and 2b obtained by forming an insulating layer 1b around a coil conductor 1a, into slots 3a formed in the core 3 of a rotary electric machine, with slot liners 12a in-between. The slot liners 12a are obtained by forming an application film 12 of thermally conductive material having curable property on either side of a sheet-like semiconductive base material 11. The winding is so constituted that the application film 12 of a thermally conductive material covers the coils 2a and 2b in contact with the coils and the semiconductive base material 11 is in contact with the coils 2a and 2b only in specific areas.
