    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a scaling test object effectively suppressing the leakage of the liquid in the weir of a scaling test object, enhancing the bonding force between the concrete molded body, which constitutes the scaling test object, and the weir and requiring no conventional adhesive according to circumstances, and a molding member used therein.
      SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the scaling test object used in a scaling test providing the weir 4 to the test surface of the test object made of concrete and storing the liquid in the weir 4 to investigate the deterioration state of the test object, a part of a frame 1 (11) at the time of molding of the test object is utilized as the weir. The concrete molded body 3 is housed in the frame.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a sample for testing bending strength to be used in the RCCP (Roller Compacted Concrete) compound design or in the quality control without using special equipment and without needing huge labors.
      SOLUTION: To the fresh concrete for RCCP which is well kneaded ultrastiff-consistency concrete is added with AE agent regulated by the JIS A 6204 "chemical mixture agent for concrete", further kneaded and the slump measurable concrete is manufactured, thereafter the concrete is filled in the moulding for sample body for testing bending strength, and furthermore subjected to the compaction by the internal vibrator or the vibrator of vibration table type, and subjected to an evacuation operation.

An interval of the clearance is desirably set to 1.1 times to 3 times as thick as the cutter blade when a maximum particle size of the aggregate of the porous concrete is set 5 mm or less, and is set 1.1 times as thick as the cutter blade to the maximum particle size of the aggregate when the maximum particle size of the aggregate is 5 mm or more.
