At least one of the two rear straps includes a bent portion of a predetermined radius, which is measured in a state that the head gear assembly is flatly spread. The intermediate strap arranged portion includes a pair of upper straps that incline to the upper rear strap and a pair of lower straps that incline to the lower rear strap, and is mutually connected to the upper and lower rear straps.
