摘要： The disclosure provides a quick positioning method and device for multiple cycles and multiple users, and the method includes: a processing index is created for each attribute of a user in a base station, wherein same attributes with the same transmission cycles and the same transmission offsets share one processing index; when a user accesses the base station, the user is mounted into a corresponding processing index according to an attribute of the user, a transmission cycle of the attribute, and a transmission offset of the attribute; and by inquiring a processing index corresponding to the current time point, the base station demodulates the attribute of the user mounted in said processing index. With the disclosure, a target can be hit promptly, processing time is saved, processing efficiency is improved, and the processing time delay of the whole link is reduced.

摘要： An optical code scanner is presented that includes image capture technology to read optical codes. The optical code scanner captures an image of an optical code and then generates multiple reduced resolution versions of the image. Multiple techniques are applied to the different images to identify a region of interest, enhance the contrast of the image, perform a non-linear local geometrical distortion correction and minimize the spatial resolution required to read the optical code. The techniques reduce the raw processing power and time required to identify and read an optical code.

摘要： Described herein are solid solution composites that are used as cathode materials for lithium-ion batteries. The solid solution composite of α LiMVO4-βLiNi1-x-yCoxMnyO2 in which LiMVO4 has cubic close-packed structure, LiNi1-x-yCoxMnyO2 has hexagonal layered structure, and both share an oxygen lattice fully or partly. The new solid solution materials have advantage for lithium-ion batteries that the working voltage of the composite is adjustable by controlling the molar ratio of α and β and have higher working voltage than current secondary battery materials.Also described herein are methods of preparing such composite.

摘要： A remote site downloading system is disclosed in which a local computer establishes a session with a content server, and a content file and geographic destination drive are selected. The local computer is typically on a first access network and the user wishes to have the file downloaded to a geographic drive, i.e., a remote site computer whose location and other properties are mapped in a mapping file on the local computer. The geographic drive is usually on a different access network in a dynamic location such as a hotspot or a fixed location such as broadband cable or DSL. The local computer is specially programmed to allow selection of the geographic target drive, pack information comprising cookies and a URL, and sends it to the remote geographic drive computer, where it may act as a proxy to cause downloading from the content server to the geographic drive on the remote site computer.

摘要： A system and method for radio link failure recovery is presented. A set of component carriers is identified. Each one of the set of component carriers includes a control channel monitored by a user equipment (UE). The control channel signals data channel assignment information for the UE. Radio link failure recovery is performed using monitoring of only a subset of the set of component carriers. In some cases, performing radio link failure recovery includes performing radio link failure detection, and detecting radio link failure by detecting an out-of-sync condition on a downlink physical layer, the out-of-sync condition occurring for a predetermined duration. In some cases, a number of component carriers in the subset of the set of component carriers is equal to 1.
