    • PURPOSE: To obtain active carbon fiber having improved adsorption performance, heating and dehydrating polyvinyl alcohol fiber containing a dehydrating agent to reduce its weight, carbonizing it to give carbonaceous fiber, activating it rapidly at high temperature.
      CONSTITUTION: Polyvinyl alcohol fiber to which a dehydrating agent such as sulfuric acid is attached or containing it is heated and dehydrated in such a way that reduction in weight of the polyvinyl alcohol fiber reaches ≥35wt%. The polyvinyl alcohol fiber of polyene structure is carbonized under heating to give carbonaceous fiber. This carbonaceous fiber is put in furnace kept at 800W 1,200°C by a combustion gas of propane gas, etc., and rapidly activated in the presence of a very small amount of oxygen at high temperature, to give the desired active carbon fiber. The starting raw material fiber to be processed into the carbonaceous fiber is preferably polyvinyl alcohol fiber produced by wet spinning.

    • 目的:为了获得具有改善吸附性能的活性炭纤维,加热脱水含脱水剂的聚乙烯醇纤维以减轻其重量,碳化以得到碳质纤维,并在高温下快速活化。 构成:将脱水剂如硫酸附着或含有的聚乙烯醇纤维加热脱水,使得聚乙烯醇纤维的重量降低至> 35重量%。 多烯结构的聚乙烯醇纤维在加热下碳化,得到碳质纤维。 将该碳质纤维通过丙烷气体等的燃烧气体放入保持在800〜1200℃的炉中,并在高温下在极少量的氧的存在下快速活化,得到所需的活性碳纤维 。 待加工成碳质纤维的起始原料纤维优选为通过湿法纺丝生产的聚乙烯醇纤维。
