    • The invention relates to a water outlet (1) for a low-pressure sanitary outlet fitting. It is characteristic of the water outlet (1) according to the invention that it has a perforated structure (2) which is air-permeable counter to the water outlet direction and, in the unpressurized state, holds water in the outlet direction and has a plurality of throughflow holes (3), and has at least one bypass (4) which bypasses the perforated structure (2), has an opening cross section which is larger than one of the throughflow holes (3) and has a bypass valve (5) which is movable from a closed position into an open position counter to a resetting force as a consequence of an increase in pressure on the inflow side. If the hot water tank connected upstream of the water outlet fitting increasingly contracts as the heated water therein cools, air can nevertheless be sucked in via the perforated structure (2) and the pressure can be equalized. If, by contrast, there is the risk of excessive pressures building up with the heating of the water in the hot water tank because, for example, the perforated structure (2) is soiled by dirt particles carried along in the water, the bypass (4) and its at least one bypass valve (5) become effective, said bypass valve moving from its closed position into its open position counter to a resetting force as a consequence of said increase in pressure (cf. Figure 1).

    • The invention relates to a sanitary installation element (101) which is arranged in a water line. The installation element (101) according to the invention comprises a mixing device (4) with at least one throttling or closing element (5), which throttling or closing element (5) can be moved under the pressure of the inflowing water from a mixing or open position into a throttling or closed position against a restoring force, wherein the mixing device (4) offers a relatively large clear flow cross section when the at least one throttling or closing element (5) is in the mixing or open position, and, by contrast thereto, a reduced clear flow cross section when the at least one throttling or closing element (5) is in the throttling or closed position. The installation element according to the invention is distinguished in that it always offers an optimum flow cross section both in low and high pressure ranges (cf. figure 1).

    • The invention relates to flow regulators, jet regulator, or backflow preventers (11) comprising at least two components or parts (2, 11), a first one (2) of which can be inserted into the accommodating hole (12) of a second part (11). The two parts (2, 11) can be interconnected with the aid of locking means (13, 17). The wall section (16) of said part (2) which supports the locking groove or locking cam (13) located on the inner or outer circumferential side can be resiliently deflected into and out of the slot in a locking manner as a result of the resiliency thereof such that a reduced amount of pressure is required to lock the parts (2, 11) while allowing for a comparatively great deal of tolerance regarding the snap-in connection. One component or part can be made of transparent or semitransparent material as a filtering sieve or an attached sieve (2) while the second part is embodied as a jet regulator, flow regulator, and/or backflow preventer.

    • The invention relates to a sanitary fitting (5) comprising an external housing (2) that has at least one housing section (6, 7, 30), said housing section (6, 7, 30) having an insertion opening (10) on the affluent side. At least one functional unit can be inserted through said opening into the interior of the housing until it abuts an insertion stop (18, 19, 29). A housing clearance (20, 21, 22) for receiving the protruding part of the functional unit(s) that projects beyond the insertion stop is located upstream and/or downstream of said insertion stop (18, 19, 29) in the direction of insertion. The inventive fitting is characterised in that said fitting (5) optionally comprises several different functional units and that the housing clearance (20, 21, 22) located upstream an/or downstream of the insertion stop(s) (18, 19, 29) has a longitudinal extension in the direction of insertion, which is equal to or greater than the maximum distance between the insertion stop (18, 19, 29) and the front face of the functional units in the fitting (5), said front face projecting into the housing clearance (20, 21, 22). Despite its modular configuration, the inventive fitting (5) can thus be simply mounted in the outflow mouth of a sanitary outflow fixture.
