The partial annular base 5 circumferentially has a coupling protrusion 8 at one end, and a coupling recess 9 at the other end. The coupling protrusion 8 in the core segment 4 is pressed into the coupling recess 9 in the adjacent core segment 4. The adjacent core segments 4 are fixed to each other.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the assembling work of a stator where a tooth and a yoke are formed while being split.
      SOLUTION: A hole 32 having stepped bottom faces 34 and 36 is formed at the upper surface of a yoke 20, and a corresponding protrusion 38 and a recess 40 are formed at the lower surface of a tooth 30. When they are fitted by this fitting structure, the tooth 30 can be set in an appropriate position of the yoke 20 at an appropriate depth. Since the yoke 20 and the tooth 30 are molded by a power core and the fitting structure is formed simultaneous, and special machining is not required.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stator for a rotary electric machine and the manufacturing method of the stator, capable of manufacturing in simple production processes, and improving the space factor of a coil.
      SOLUTION: A plurality of holes H into which a core portion of the stator is inserted are provided in an insulation film 50, and sheet-type sheet coils 31A to 42A,...., 31N to 42N are provided around the holes H. The insulating film 50 is wound around a sheet winding die in a 12-angles shape, starting from the sheet coil 31A side to finish on the coil 42N side. Namely, the sheet coils 31A to 33A become the first winding, and the sheet coils 41N to 42N are wound at the last to form laminated layers coils for corresponding to 12 poles. The relative position between a core and the coils and between coils can be determined accurately before assembly, and wasteful space in a slot can be minimized, thus improving the space factor of the coils.

Excessive tension to the wire applied to a connection part to a wiring box 110 can be reduced by retaining the wires 81-84 at the neighborhood to the king pin 72A even when an operation angle of the wheel is varied accompanying with rotation of a steering wheel. The wiring clamp 110 is set to a suitable angle relative to the operation angle of the wheel by force received from the wires 81-84. Preferably, the wiring clamp 110 may be forcedly rotated in response to the operation angle of the wheel using a gear mechanism.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor wherein a winding structure can be easily formed on a core, using conductive plates. SOLUTION: The motor comprises a stator and a rotor, disposed substantially concentrically with the stator and rotated. Either the rotor or the stator comprises a plurality of magnetic poles, arranged in the circumferential direction and conductive plates, disposed in between the magnetic poles in a meandering pattern. A rotating magnetic field is formed in the circumferential direction by energizing these conductive plates. Alternatively, either the rotor or the stator is formed into a cylindrical shape, by arranging a plurality of magnetic pole units in the circumferential direction. The magnetic pole units have a plurality of magnetic poles, arranged in parallel in the axial direction and conductive plates disposed between the magnetic poles in a meandering pattern. A rotating magnetic field is formed in the magnetic poles in the circumferential direction by energizing these conductive plates.
