摘要： PURPOSE:To improve anticorrosive function of a coated steel pipe pile by a method wherein a polyolefine anticorrosive layer indispensably composed of carbon black and a coloring polyolefine layer indispensably composed of four components including specified hindered amine ultraviolet stabilizer and others are layered over the external face of the steel pipe treated with ground coating. CONSTITUTION:External face of a steel pipe 1 treated with blasting is coated one after another with chromate treatment 2 and epoxy primer 3, and thereby ground coating is provided. Then, a polyolefine anticorrosive layer 5 indispensably composed of carbon black and a coloring polyolefine layer 6 indispensably composed of four components of specified hindered amine ultraviolet stabilizer, specified benzo-triazole ultraviolet absorber, specified hindered phenolic oxidation inhibitor and coloring pigment are layered on the surface of the ground coating through a modified polyolefine adhesive agent layer 4, and thereby a polyolefine- coated steel pipe pile is made up. Thereby occurrence of cracks to the coating and progression of such cracks into the inside can be prevented, resulting in excellent corrosive protection and maintenance of fineness in external appearance.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a coated steel material prevented from corrosion due to hydrogen sulfide during the transport of oil or natural gas. CONSTITUTION:Cr, Mo or an alloy of them is applied to the surface of a plasma treated steel material in spots by plasma spraying and a powder of a thermoplastic resin such as PES, PEEK or PPS is applied to the coated surface of the steel material by electrostatic coating. As a result, the release of coating under hydrogen sulfide environment containing NaC and CO2 is prevented and excellent corrosion resistance is developed.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a coated steel material excellent in corrosion protecting property by using, as an anticorrosive coating, a coating material containing a bifunctional epoxy resin, a trifunctional epoxy resin, a silicone prepolymer, an organic titanate, a curing agent, and an inorganic pigment. CONSTITUTION:The surface of a steel material after surface preparation is coated with an anticorrosive coating. This anticorrosive coating is prepared by adding about 1-200 pts.wt. of an aminophenol type trifuctional epoxy resin, about 5-70 pts.wt. of a silicone prepolymer having a silanol group at the end of a molecular chain, and about 0.01-5 pts.wt. of an organic titanate to 100 pts.wt. of a bifunctional epoxy resin and further mixing a curing agent and an inorganic pigment. As an organic titanate, triethanolaminetitanate is preferred. As a curing agent, an amine type curing agent or a mixed curing agent consisting of dicyandiamide type curing agent and imidazole type curing agent is used. By applying the above anticorrosive paint and then curing this coating material, the coated steel material capable of holding superior hot water resistance over a long period can be obtained.

By this method, the close bonding strength with the steel material can be held and a heavy anticorrosion coated steel material excellent in hot water resistance over a long period of time is obtained.

An urethane primer or modified polyolefin primer 3, various kinds of colored fluorine system coating, acryl silicon system coating and colored coating paint film 4 such as acryl urethane system coating, etc. are successively laminated on the external surface. According to the constitution, waterresisting adhesive property of the colored paint film 4 is greatly improved, and blisters of the colored paint film 4 can be prevented.
