摘要： A constant velocity universal joint includes an outer joint member has three track grooves extending axially in an inner circumference portion thereof with a roller guide surface extending axially on each side of the respective track grooves; a tripod member has three trunnions protruding in the radial direction; and a roller mechanism is mounted in each of the trunnions of the tripod member. The roller mechanism is capable of swinging and oscillating freely with respect to the trunnions, and has a roller guided along the roller guide surface in the direction parallel to the axis line of the outer joint member. An outer peripheral surface of the roller, which is made by ground-finishing, is in contact with the roller guide surface, and has a surface roughness of 0.35 Ra or less.

摘要： A shared vehicle system includes a central facility, at least one vehicle distribution port facility and a plurality or fleet of vehicles, each having a vehicle subsystem. In general, the central station and port facility and the vehicle subsystems communicate in a manner to allow a user to enter information at a port facility. That information is then communicated to the central facility, where the information is processed to select a vehicle from the fleet to allocate to the user at the port facility. Selection of a vehicle for allocation to a user may be based on selecting an available or soon to be available vehicle according to various algorithms that take into account the vehicles state of charge. The central station also communicates with the port facility and the vehicle subsystem to notify the user of the selected vehicle, to provide secure user access to the selected vehicle, to monitor the location and operating status of vehicles in the fleet, to monitor the state of charge of electric vehicles and to provide other functions. The vehicles communicate with the central station to notify the central station of the PIN number of the individual attempting to use the vehicle, and of vehicle parameters such as state of charge and location of the vehicle.

The composite for a building material contains diatomaceous earth, waste lumber, and inorganic hardener, or further contains field earth, and, as necessary, contains used paper and/or crushed pieces of used tatami mat and used tile, and crushed earth. The composite for a building material is prepared by homogeneously mixing the components, and then the building material is manufactured by molding and curing the composite. The manufactured building material has a high humidity conditioning property as in the case of the conventional mud wall made of coarse clay, and is easily recycled by being crushed. Moreover, this building material does not cause hypersensitiveness to chemical substances because it produces no chemical substances, and has a feel of earth so that earthen walls and flower beds made by using this building material integrate well with an appearance of ancient city and are in harmony with beautiful appearance of houses properly.

摘要： An image editing apparatus reads a selected still image, analyzes an image content, and determines an editing condition. By analyzing the image content, a main subject is determined (concerning whether the main subject is a person or scenery) and a framing (a relative position of the main subjects and the like) is determined. According to the result of analysis, a type of special effect such as zooming or panning and the editing condition such as a zoom point are determined. Further, the image editing apparatus produces a scenario on the basis of the determined editing condition and produces a photo movie. Because the editing condition is determined according to the image content, the photo movie obtains a plot and the quality of the photo movie can be improved. Further, because the image content analysis is automatically performed, operation such as designating the editing condition does not become complicated.
