    • A vehicular air-conditioning system includes: a vehicle interior air-conditioning apparatus which includes a device cooling circuit of a heat generating device mounted in a vehicle, and a refrigeration cycle circuit; and an intermediate heat exchanger for heat exchange between a device cooling medium of the device cooling circuit and an air-conditioning cooling medium of the refrigeration cycle circuit. When a temperature of the cooling medium of the device cooling circuit becomes equal to or higher than a predetermined temperature, a control cycle of the vehicular air-conditioning system is set to a short time, and the predetermined temperature is less than an upper limit temperature of the device cooling medium and is determined from a heat capacity of the device cooling circuit and an amount of heat generated by the heat generating device.
