摘要： PURPOSE:To improve the weather resistance, surface hardness, printability, etc., of a molding of a resin containing an unsaturated copolymer of a specified composition, by coating the surface of the molding with a coating composition containing hydrazine (derivative) and forming thereon a film of the composition. CONSTITUTION:An unsaturated copolymer having a melt flow rate of 0.01-200g/ 10min as determined according to JISK-6758 or the like, and a modulus of 500- 30,000kgf/cm as measured according to JISK-7203 is prepared by copolymerizing 70-99.9wt% 2-12C alpha-olefin (e.g., ethylene) with 30-0.1wt% nonconjugated diene (e.g., 4-methyl-1,4-hexadiene). Then, a resin composition containing this unsaturated copolymer is molded, and the produced molding is coated with a coating composition containing hydrazine or a hydrazine residue-containing hydrazine derivative (e.g., malonic dihydrazide) to form a film on the surface of the molding.

CONSTITUTION:A catalytic system is prepared which consists essentially of an organoaluminum compound (e,g., trimethylaluminum, triethyaluminum) and a solid catalytic component prepared by contacting a Ti halide with a Mg compound (e.g., MgCl2, MgBr2) liquefied with a phosphorus compound having a C- O-P or C-N-P linkage (e.g., trimethyl phsophate, trimethyl phsophite, hexamethylphosphoric triamide) or a solid Mg compound precipitated from the liquefied Mg compound. An olefin is polymerized with the air of this catalytic system.

摘要： PURPOSE:To produce title high-stereoregularity polymer in high catalyst efficiencies, by using as a catalyst component a reaction product prepared by reacting a titanium (IV) halide compound with a copulverization product of MgCl2 and an aromatic carboxylic acid ester in a high-dielectric constant chlorinated hydrocarbon. CONSTITUTION:A titanium (IV) halide compound is reacted with a copulverization product of magensium chloride and an aromatic carboxylic acid by using at least one chlorinated hydrocarbon, dielectric constant at 20 deg.C>=8.0 as a solvent or a dispersing medium. After the reaction, the solid product is separated from the liquid phase, and washed with a hydrocarbon solvent. The solid catalyst component thus produced is combined with an organoaluminum compound to form an olefin polymerization catalyst, which is then used to polymerize an alpha-olefin. Because of a high Ti content and an extremely high polymerization activity per unit Ti, it is possible to simplify or eliminate a step of removing catalyst residues in the high- stereoregularity polymer produced.

CONSTITUTION:A tetravalent titanium compound, e.g. titanium tetrachloride, is brought into contact with an equimolar amount or more of a lower alkyl benzoate in a solvent, e.g. an aromatic or alicyclic hydrocarbon, and complexed to form a solution with a complex concentration of 0.05-100 m mole/l. A magnesium halide, preferably ground magnesium chloride or bromide, is added to the solution to support the complex, and the solution is separated to give a solid catalyst component. An alpha-olefin is polymerized in the presence of a catalyst comprising the solid component and an organoaluminum compound.
