摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen printing method capable of efficiently applying good quality printing of cream solder to a substrate wherein regions corresponding to the large and fine apertures of a screen metal mask are mixed, and an apparatus therefor. SOLUTION: The substrate is divided into a first region (121), wherein the value of the aperture dimension of the mask along the moving direction of a squeegee is smaller than a predetermined threshold value, and a second region (120), wherein the value of the aperture dimension is more than the threshold value, along the moving direction of the squeegee. 摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately automatically set pin arrangement position by calculating pin insertion data showing the positions of pin indication holes, wherein support pins are to be arranged, on the basis of pin data showing the positions on the upper surface of a printed board of support pins to be arranged within the region except an arrangement inhibition region, and displaying the calculated result on a screen. SOLUTION: A central operation processing unit displays on a screen, pin supporting holes 4 of a support plate 1 which face a printed board 3 and exist in the part except for an arrangement inhibition region A, on the basis of constant arrangement pitches of the pin supporting holes 4 formed in the support plate 1. Next, the central operation processing unit extracts necessary pin supporting holes 4, except for the unnecessary ones out of displayed pin supporting holes 4, and forms pin data. The respective pin-supporting holes 4 corresponding to the pin data are graphically displayed as pin insertion position on a display. As a result, pin arrangement positions can be set automatically.

Thus, the abnormal transport of the substrate in the reflow soldering apparatus can be discriminated between the dropping or clogging of the substrate, and hence the abnormal substrate transport can be detected at a high reliability.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an operating rate during continuous production from lowering by automatically winding a cleaner paper back without stopping the operation of an installation under error stoppage when the cleaner paper taken out in a specified direction is detected, and also automatically winding the cleaner paper back also at changing of a setup. After that, a cleaner paper is wound (S5), and when the completion of winding the cleaner paper is detected by a sensor (S6), the action to wind the cleaner paper back is started (S8). Next a motor is set free and reversed until a sensor mounted on the motor responds and an installation is stopped under error stoppage when the reuse frequency of the cleaner paper reaches a set value (S9). During changing of a setup, the cleaner paper is likewise wound and the action to wind it back is independently designated.
