Also, in the case a viscous substance such as 'sticky rice', etc., intrudes into the clearance 50 between the hole 28 provided on the panel 23 and the push- button 21 and becomes dry, since the clearance 30 is formed in a wedge shape, shearing force works on the sticky rice by a pressing action of the push-button 21, and first of all, the fixing part is detached, and subsequently, at the time of repetition of the push-button 21, a fixed substance is discharged simply to the outside by the wedge shape of the clearance 30.
