    • PURPOSE:To perform electric fusion in all sockets with only one current application by winding a heating wire around one socket in double lines by folding, and then winding one end of the heating wire around the other socket and the other end around the remaining socket. CONSTITUTION:A heating wire 20 is bent onto the inner surface of a socket 16 and wound spirally in double lines to form a heating wire part 22. One end of the heating wire 20 is wound spirally in a single line around the inner surface of a socket 12 to form a heating wire part 24, and the other end is wound spirally in a single line around the inner surface of a socket 14 to form a heating wire part 26. Current applying ends 28, 30 are then formed at the end parts of the heating wire parts 24, 26. The heating wires formed at all sockets 12, 14, 16 are thereby made into one continuous heating wire, so that electric fusion in all sockets 12, 14, 16 is performed by applying currents from a pair of current applying ends 28, 30 only once, which results in improving construction performance.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely fix an inner core at a tube end with preventing misalignment of the inner core to a direction of falling off from a tube without being affected by variation of inner diameters of tubes and to easily detach the inner core from the tube end and to reduce manufacturing cost by utilizing external thread and internal thread. SOLUTION: A internal thread part 34 is formed on a tube wall of a short tube part 28 of the inner core 10 and is threadedly engaged with an external thread part 36. The external thread part 36 is threadedly engaged with the internal thread part 34 formed on the short tube part 28 and fastened under a condition that the short tube part 28 of the inner core 10 is inserted into a tube end of a tube 14 and a tip thereof is pressure-contacted on an inner surface 14b of the tube 14. Accordingly, the inner core 10 can be fixed at the tube end of the tube 14 by adjusting a threadedly engagement position of the external thread part 36 to the internal thread part 34 even if the tube 14 has variation of inner diameter.
