CONSTITUTION: This dust feeding valve structure for an axial flow type combine harvester is obtained by installing many plate units 10 for feeding dust side by side in the shaft center direction of a threshing drum in the threshing chamber pivoting a threshing drum 4 and interlocking and connecting the respective plate units 10 for feeding the dust so as to enable the free change in the crossing angle of the respective plate units 10 for feeding the dust from the shaft center direction of the threshing drum of the plate units 10 for feeding the dust. The angle of the plate units 10 for feeding the dust on the downstream side in the transfer direction of threshed materials in the shaft center direction of the threshing drum is set at one for more permitting the transfer of the treated materials than that of the plate units 10 for feeding dust on the upstream side.

    • PURPOSE: To enable the sufficient feed of grains into all the interior of a grain tank without installing a special diffuser, etc., in the grain tank in a grain tank structure of a combined harvester constituted so as to lift the threshed and graded grains with a bucket conveyor and charge the grains from the upper part into the grain tank long in front and rear. CONSTITUTION: This grain tank structure for a combined harvester is obtained by forming an auxiliary discharging port 12 directing toward the side opposite to a scattering and discharging port 10 of a screw conveyor 9 in a screw case 9a and additionally installing an opening and closing lid 13 in the auxiliary discharging port 12 in the combined harvester equipped with the terminal end of a bucket conveyor 8 for lifting threshed and graded grains connected to the screw conveyor 9 inserted into a grain tank in the transverse direction at a position a little to the side of one end in the front and rear directions in the upper part of the grain tank 4 long in front and rear and the scattering and discharging port 10, directing toward the side of the other end in the front and rear directions of the grain tank 4 and formed in the screw case 9a of the screw conveyer 9.

CONSTITUTION: In this pretreating apparatus for reaping, a transfer-bottom board 10 of a feed conveyor 7 is composed of a pair of perforated boards 10a, 10b one on the top of the other. One 10b of the boards is constructed in a state to be slidable and fixable freely along the layering surface against the other board 10a. Thus, the transfer-bottom board 10 is shiftable between a blind state and a perforated state. Further it is preferable that a transfer-bottom board 9 of an auger 8 is composed of a pair of perforated boards 9a, 9b one on the top of the other, and one 9b of the perforated boards is made to be slidable and fixable freely along the layering surface against the other board 9a so that the transfer-bottom board 9 is shiftable between a blind state and a perforated state.

CONSTITUTION:In a whole culm-feeding type combine harvester in which a reel 6 for raking vertically planted grain culms is attached to a reel frame 12 vertically and shakably disposed with a driving member 11 and in which an auger 9 for collecting the reaped grain culms at the starting end of a device 8 used for carrying the reaped grain culms into a threshing device 4 is disposed at a near position above a bottom plate 13U the auger 9 is attached in a state capable of being lifted from the set position, and a spring 16 for energizing the lowering of the auger 9 in a state maintaining the set position. Further, an auger-lifting member 17 capable of being detached from the auger 9 is attached to the reel frame 12.
