摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital camera which is constituted to integrally cap a battery compartment and a recording medium compartment by a cap member, prevents the batteries in the battery compartment from hindering the insertion and removal operation of the recording medium and is capable of sufficiently assuring the contact pressure of the batteries and the battery contact pieces on the rear surface of the cap member when the cap member is put into a closed state. SOLUTION: This digital camera has the battery compartment 16 which exchangeably houses the batteries BA and has energizing members 16a and 16b to energize the batteries BA in a projecting direction, the recording medium compartment which exists adjacently to the battery compartment 16 and exchangeably houses the recording medium, the cap member 14 which integrally covers the battery compartment 16 and the recording medium compartment and has the battery contact pieces 17 for effecting the electrical contact with the batteries BA on the rear surface thereof and a battery holding member 20 which does not hold the batteries BA housed into the battery compartment 16 when the cap member 14 is in the closed state and holds the batteries BA to prevent the projection thereof to the outside cooperatively with an opening operation or a preoperation from the closed state to an open state.

CONSTITUTION:An idle gear 95 is disposed in such a manner as to rotate freely and coaxially with a first planetary gear 75 and is meshed with a reel gear 77. A driving pin 75a is placed upright on the first planetary gear 75, a C-shaped groove 95a is cut in the idle gear 95, and the driving pin 75a is inserted into the groove 95a. As a result, while the film is being advanced a first sun gear 66 rotates, and even if the first planetary gear 75, i.e., the driving pin 75a is rotated in the direction of the arrow, the idle gear 95 is not rotated before the driving pin 75a completes approximately one turn and abuts the side wall 95b of the idle gear 95. Therefore, after a rewind mode has been switched to an advance mode and at the initial stages in the advance mode where the meshing of a third planetary gear with the spool gear is not undone, no driving force is transmitted to the reel gear 77, i.e., a reel.

Then, the motor for rotating the camera body is driven to be reversely rotated, so that the camera body is reversely rotated by a specified angle, and the photographing of the 1st frame is completed. Continuously, the photographing of the 2nd frame is performed, and the same object is photographed in a state where it is overlapped by a specified amount.
