    • PURPOSE:To prevent an accumulation of a working fluid in a circuit so as to prevent a local temperature rise of the fluid by providing an actuator with a discharge valve switched by the working fluid pressure in an apparatus for reciprocating the actuator in short stroke. CONSTITUTION:A working fluid from a fluid pressure pump 20 is introduced to a rotary direction-changing valve 21 through a flow path 54, and introduced to through holes 31, 32 alternately by rotation of a rotary vlave 22 of the valve 21. When the fluid is introduced to the through hole 31, a piston 25 is pushed down by fluid supplied to a piston upper chamber 26 through a flow path 28. At this time, the fluid in the chamber 26 is also introduced to a liquid chamber 34 through a through hole 36, and an upper valve seat 62 is blocked up by lowering of a spool 38 so that a piston lower chamber 27 is opened to a tank 42. Thus, each chamber 26, 27 is always supplied with new fluid to prevent an accumulation of a fluid in a circuit.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a big amount of force by an inverse motion of a piston when a liquid pressure exceeds a prescribed level at the end position of stroke, by lnking the third pilot room of a three-position changeover valve to a liquid pressure source, and to the return line through changeover and sequence valves that open at a prescribed value of liquid pressure. CONSTITUTION:One of liquid chambers 2, of a differential cylinder 1 for an object 10 to be hit is connected to an oil pressure source 5 through pipe lines 3, 4 and the other liquid chamber 6 is selectively connected to the pipe line 4 or a return path 22 through a three-position changeover valve 8. Here a pilot chamber 18 of the changeover valve 8 and the return path 22 are linked by a path 21 in which a throttle valve 20 is intermediately installed. At a position upstream the throttle valve 20 of the above path 21 is placed a two-position changeover valve 24 that links the upstream side of the throttle valve 20 to the pipe line 3 at a prescribed position of a piston rod 11. A pilot chamber 27 is connected to the pipe line 4 through a throttle valve 28. the pilot chamber 27 is also connected to the path 22 through a changeover valve 31, which opens when the upstream pressure of the throttle valve 20 exceeds a prescribed level, and a sequence valve 33, which opens when a pressure in the pipe line 3 exceeds a prescribed level.

    • PURPOSE:To remarkably enhance the kinetic energy of a cylinder and piston with less expensive means by increasing the set pressure of a sequence valve and at the point for turning the piston as high as possible. CONSTITUTION:A 3-port 2-position control valve 8 is switched at its functional position A by the hydraulic liquid operating at a pilot chamber 18 to cause the piston 30 to move rightwardly as shown. The hydraulic pressure in the main conduit 3 is lower than the set pressure of a sequence valve 23 to stop the communication of the passage 22 with the passage 24. When the piston 30 is moved to its uppermost limit position, an oil chamber 14 communicates via annular groove 12 with an oil chamber 15 to allow the passage 24 to be communicated with a tank (not shown). Since the passage 22 is stopped communication with the sequence valve 23 via the passage 24, the valve 8 is operated still at the functional position A. Accordingly, the hydraulic pressure is gradually increased in the accumulator 29 to switch to the functional position B at the sequence valve when the hydraulic pressure exceeds the set pressure of the valve 23.

    • PURPOSE: To permit piston cycle to be switched arbitrarily by installing a pressing means at one edge of a spool and attaching a pilot piston to the other edge and connecting the liquid chambers at the both edge parts of the spool of a pilot valve through a passage and installing a check valve and a valve for controlling the flow rate of discharged fluid in parallel.
      CONSTITUTION: When a pilot valve 11 at a position (a) introduces a liquid pressure into a pilot chamber 14, and a pilot chamber 13 is in the communication state to a tank 10, a 3-port-2-position selector valve 8 is positioned at the position (B), and the working liquid supplied from a liquid pressure source 5 is introduced into the liquid chamber 6 of a differential cylinder 1, and the working liquid supplied from the liquid pressure source 5 is introduced into a liquid chamber 2, and a piston 23 advances leftward. When the piston 23 collides with an article 33 to be worked in the vicinity the bottom dead center, the liquid chamber 2 and a groove 26 communicate nearly simultaneously, and the liquid pressure supplied from the liquid-pressure source 5 is introduced into the liquid chamber 22 of the pilot valve 11, and a pilot piston 19 switches the position (a) of the pilot valve 11 to the position (b). Since the working liquid in a liquid chamber 16 flows into a liquid chamber 17, passing through a check valve 29, said switching operation can be speedily executed. When the pilot valve 11 is positioned at the point (b), switching is carried-out to the position (a).

    • PURPOSE:To select amplitudes corresponding to loads by regulating the eccentrical amount of an eccentric cam freely and nonstepwise during the operation by incorporating large and small cylinders in a place where the rotary shafts of the eccentric cams set symmetrically to parallel rotary shafts. CONSTITUTION:Eccentric cams 29 are provided symmetrically to two rotary shafts 27 and 28 and synchronously turned in mutually opposite directions. The eccentric cam 29 has a cam body 40 provided with operating cylinders 33 and 34 reciprocally moving in the right-angled direction to the rotary shafts by a pressure fluid. In the vibrator, the driving force of an oil-pressure motor 32 provided to one rotary shaft 27 is transmitted as rotation force to the rotary gear 31 of the rotary shaft 26 through the rotary gear 30 of the rotary shaft 27. Since the eccentrical amount of the eccentric cam of the vibrator can be varied nonstepwise during the operation, optimum amplitude corresponding to loads can be selected.
