    • PURPOSE:To improve the durability of concrete with dewatering easily made from the inside of placed concrete by providing small holes for paste-flowing and dewatering in sheathing formed in a layer state with plural fiber-made sheets overlapped. CONSTITUTION:A sheathing 1, in which plural fiber-made sheets are overlapped to made a layer state, is arranged on an inner side of converted framework 4. At that time, sash bars 5 are provided between an inner side surface of the framework 4 and an outside surface of the sheathing 1 to ensure paps. Moreover, small holes 2 for dewatering and paste-flowing, flowing in crossing and inside surface directions of the sheathing 1, are provided. Placing concrete causes water contents and paste, on the one hand, to be flowed from the outer side of the sheathing 1 to gaps of the fiber-made sheet to cross the sheathing 1 to be flowed outward, and on the other hand, to be flowed down in the surface direction in the frame poling board 1 to be flowed in the outside of the sheathing 1. This can make the concrete to be dense to slow down a neutralization speed, to retain alkalinity for a long period, for improving the durability of a building.

    • PURPOSE:To improve the productivity of structuring work by constructing the highest part of a structure in the inside of a landslip preventing wall, and pushing up a constructed part using a weight lifting means in a state where it attains a fixed height and can stand for itself, and repeating these works. CONSTITUTION:After constructing a landslip preventing high wall and digging out its inside to perform foundation work, a jack 6 is installed at a position where a pillar 10 on an underground bottom is vertically set. A pillar bottom formwork 15 is then mounted on the upper face of the jack 6, and connection members 12 are set, and mutually connected through a beam 11. In the first constructing work, the beams 11 for two layers and the pillar 10 are constructed at the same time, and a supporting member 17 for horizontal force is inserted between a lateral sheet pile 4 of a landslip preventing wall and the beam 11. A main brace, a bottom formwork and a pillar formwork are then arranged between the upper and lower members 12 for depositing concrete. When the concrete becomes solid to make the self-standing of the pillar or the like possible, the jack 6 is extended to push up one layer of a structural body. The above works are repeated to construct a structure.

    • PURPOSE:To shorten the term of works by providing movable supports formed in a height higher than the height of one story to base parts that are made up for columns with tracks installed spanning top ends of the supports, and by repeating, after finishing installation of mobile hanging devices thereto, processes for assembling of building body-structuring members and for lifting up of movable supports and by building the structure body from below. CONSTITUTION:In the first process of a work, base parts for columns are made up to a specified height and in the second process of the work, movable supports 10 are formed in a height higher than the height of one story and tracks 40 are installed in lengthwise and breadthwise, spanning the tops of the supports, and a plurality of mobile hanging devices 50 that travel along the tracks are installed thereon, and thereby a building body-structuring device 100 is prepared. In the third process of the work, building body-structuring members such as columns 2, beams 6, floor boards 8, external walls 9, etc., are installed to specified stories and in the fourth process of the work, a plurality of the movable supports are lifted up. By repeating the third and the fourth processes of the work after completion of the first and the second processes of the work, the building body is built up successively toward upper stories. Thereby successive work of building becomes available without using large-scale heavy machinery.

    • PURPOSE:To shorten the construction period of the skeleton of a building by forming the ends of a plate-like floor member externally so that they are capable of bending, and coupling a plurality of floor members with coupling members having at least a length for one floor of the building so that they are capable of loading and unloading up and down. CONSTITUTION:Concrete is placed on the surface of a steel plate 15 to from a floor member 16, the ends 15a of the steel plate 15 are exposed out of the concrete and, at the same time, they are so formed that they are capable of bending. A plurality of floor members 16 are coupled with steel framed columns (coupling members) 17 having at least a length for one floor of a building so the they are capable of loading and unloading up and down to form a floor board unit 10. After that, precast-concrete panels 18 provided on the surfaces of the steel plates 15 are coupled with each other through reinforcing materials 27. Then, the ends 15a of the floor members 16 and 16 are kept in a state of bending of set them on beams 2 by a lifting machine, and the ends 15a are spread to fix on the beams 2.

    • PURPOSE:To ensure the continuous and automated work execution of the body of a building by providing longitudinal and horizontal trucks on the same plane for a trolley device in the body constitution of a building, and moving a plurality of trolley bodies capable of being lifted concurrently between the longitudinal and horizontal trucks. CONSTITUTION:This trolley device is equipped with a plurality of longitudinal trucks 3 evenly formed right and left among a plurality of pillars, a plurality of horizontal trucks 4 and a plurality of trolley bodies 5 having a lift means and mobile along both trucks 3 and 4. The trolley bodies 5 can travel along the trucks 3 and 4. In this case, the trolley bodies 5 receive a drive force from a power supply line 12 installed at the trucks 3 and 4, via a power receiving part 16. Also, the intersection part 6 of the longitudinal and horizontal trucks 3 and 4 is constituted within the same plane, and the trolley bodies 5 are so equipped with travel wheels 8 and transverse travel wheels 9 as to be freely engaged with or disengaged from the trucks 3 and 4. As a result, each of the trolley bodies 5 can be freely moved on both of the trucks 3 and 4.

    • PURPOSE:To improve the durability of concrete by arranging a water flowing weir plate made of fiber having rigidity, onto the front surface of a water flowing panel in lattice form and installing a water permeable cloth covering the front surface. CONSTITUTION:A water flowing mold frame 1 is constituted of a water flowing panel 2, water flowing weir 3 and a water permeable cloth 4. Then, the water flowing panel 2 is formed into lattice from a glass fiber-reinforced material, and a cavity 2a is formed into a longitudinal rectangulalr form. Then, the water flowing weir 3 is formed by entwining and solidifying a continuous fiber mat made of glass fiber into lamination lyear form by an adhesive made of vinylester resin, and attached onto the panel 2 by the adhesidve, and a prescribed rigidity is set. The excessive moisture in the laid concrete is introduced into the weir plate 3 from the water permeable cloth 4 and flows downward, and gas foames are exhausted from the air gap 2a, passing through the cloth 4 and the weir plate 3. Therefore, the durability of concrete can be improved.
