摘要： A system for printing data from a portable terminal including: a portable terminal for storing printable printing data and transmitting data selected by the user to an external device using short-distance wireless communication, when the user's request for printing the data is present; and a wireless printer that receives the selected printing data by the short-distance communication with the portable terminal and prints the received data. In the system, wire cables are not necessary for each piece of equipment and the data transmission time is reduced, because the data of the portable terminal is directly transmitted to the wireless printer and is printed thereby without using an intermediate device such as a PC.

摘要： A method of manufacturing a printed circuit board (PCB) having an embedded bare chip includes attaching a tape to one side of an insulated substrate having a penetration hole formed therein, and attaching the bare chip onto the tape inside the penetration hole such that electrode pads of the bare chip face the tape; filling up the penetration hole with a filler, and removing the tape; laminating a metal layer onto a surface of the filler and the insulated substrate from which the tape is removed; and forming electrode bumps by removing portions of the metal layer. The forming of electrode bumps further includes simultaneously removing portions of the metal layer and forming an circuit pattern on one side of the insulated substrate. The circuit pattern is formed directly on the upper side of the insulated substrate and the electrode bumps are formed on the surface of the electrode pads.

With the printed circuit board having embedded electronic components, including a core sheet, a first electronic component mounted on one side of the core sheet, a second electronic component mounted on the other side of the core sheet and overlapping the first electronic component, a first insulation layer stacked on one side of the core sheet and covering the first electronic component, a second insulation layer stacked on the other side of the core sheet and covering the second electronic component, and a circuit pattern formed on the surface of the first insulation layer or the second insulation layer, the density of the printed circuit board having embedded components is improved, as a plurality of electronic components are embedded simultaneously, and when a thin CCL substrate or a metal substrate is used as the core, a metal substrate in particular, the heat-releasing property and mechanical strength are improved, including increased bending strength in a thermal-stress environment, as electronic components are mounted on both sides of the core sheet.

摘要： A remotely operated wireless video/audio hand-held monitoring system comprises a central station having a display and a speaker, and at least one remote terminal having a camera and a microphone. The central station is adapted to send out control command data containing a remote terminal identifier, a communication frequency channel number and any one of a test command, a power on command and a power off command, to receive response data corresponding to the control command data and to reproduce video and audio signals transmitted at a frequency corresponding to the communication frequency channel number, respectively, through the display and speaker in response to the received response data. The remote terminal is adapted to receive the control command data from the central station, to send out the response data corresponding to the received control command data to the central station and to, in a power on mode based on the power on command, drive the camera, the microphone and a video/audio signal transmitter and transmit a video signal from the camera and an audio signal from the microphone to the central station at the frequency corresponding to the communication frequency channel number. Therefore, one portable central station can selectively control one or more remote terminals to monitor images and voices at remote locations.
