摘要： The present invention is related to a fuel cell having gas/liquid isolated structure, comprising a fuel cell core component and an isolating layer component. The fuel cell core component is used to produce electricity by electro-chemical reaction. The isolating layer is a porous film layer with gas ventilation but with liquid isolation placed inside the fuel cell and is used to isolate the liquid of fuel cell core component in an electro-chemical reaction and the liquid produced after the electrochemical reaction by the isolating layer, and is also used to ventilate the gas of fuel cell core component in electro-chemical reaction and the gas produced after electro-chemical reaction through the isolating layer so as to achieve the functions of water-proof, anti-leakage and liquid-leak prevention.

摘要： A concentration detector is disclosed, which is adapted to detect a concentration of a liquid fuel in a container. The concentration detector includes a rotating means positioned underneath a level of a liquid fuel and rotatable at an angle θ on a X-Y plane. The rotating means includes at least three floating objects connected with each other. Each floating object has a specific gravity less than a specific gravity of the liquid fuel ρ. The floating objects are balanced according to a torque equation, F(θ,ρ)=0, such that the rotating means is still under the level of the liquid fuel. While a concentration of the liquid fuel is changed and the angle θ of the rotating means is detected, the specific gravity of the liquid fuel ρ is obtained from the torque equation, F(θ,ρ)=0, and thereby computing the concentration of the liquid fuel.

The concentration detector comprises a heater, one or more temperature sensors and a concentration calculator. The temperature sensors are disposed in the internal compartment of the concentration detector to measure the temperature of the liquid fuel. The concentration calculator is used to receive the temperature of the liquid fuel measured by the temperature sensors, to calculate a rate of change in the temperature of the liquid fuel, and then to compute a corresponding concentration of the liquid fuel based on the rate of change in the temperature of the liquid fuel.
