    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw compressor with a small-sized simple structure capable of reducing quantity of oil flowing out of the compressor.
      SOLUTION: The screw compressor is provided with a main casing 1 including a male and a female rotor 6, a discharging casing 3 including a discharging passage 15 of compressed gas discharged from the rotors, an oil reservoir 19 collecting oil separated from compressed gas. A cylindrical oil separating space part 4 communicating to the discharging passage 15 is formed on the discharging casing and the discharging passage 15 is connected to a tangential direction of the oil separating space part 4. A discharging opening 14 is provided to communicate with the oil separating space part 4 and a cylindrical member 5 is provided coaxially to the oil separating space part 4. The oil separation space part 4 and the oil reservoir 19 are connected with a communication passage of smaller section area than section area of the oil separating space part 4.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact build-up welding device not requiring two kinds of electrodes, a heating electrode and a build-up welding electrode.
      SOLUTION: An electrode 2 is formed in a disk shape; and its peripheral part discharges electricity to a structural material to conduct build-up weld repairing based on the output from an output control board. The electrode 2 is rotated in the peripheral direction by a motor 3 operated by a driving machine controller 5, and conducts the build-up welding by uniformly discharging its peripheral part. A feeding mechanism of electrode wire is not required by preliminarily recognizing a required build-up amount and preparing an electrode having an outer diameter and a thickness corresponding to the build-up volume and thus simplification of the device is realized.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the noise produced by the impact of a valve on a pump body during the opening/closing of the valve particularly in the low-speed range of an engine when the valve is held on the pump body movably between the open position and the closed position, and a valve head has a distance from a valve seat at the open position and abuts on the valve seat at the closed position to close the valve in the fuel pump of the direct injection internal combustion engine.
      SOLUTION: An electromagnetic coil moves the valve to the open position when energized, and to the closed position when deenergized. A control circuit so controls the electromagnetic coil that the energization and the deenergization of the electromagnetic coil can be performed gently. Consequently, the noise of the fuel pump can be reduced while the engine is operated, particularly, in the low-speed range.
