Then various information (vehicle classification, number of shafts, entry tollgate number, etc.) required for the toll calculation of the toll road is stored as radio communication data in the on-vehicle communication unit and transmitted by radio communication in response to an inquiry from the road processor 1 of an exit tollgate. The toll can automatically be determined according to the sent information and the exit tollgate number that the road processor 1 of the exit tollgate has.

    • PURPOSE:To attain a signal processing method having a large-scale and complicated contents with high efficiency by connecting plural processor units via the parallel pipelines and providing a control data storing means to each processor. CONSTITUTION:A host computer 2 controls totally the processors 101 - 122 and also has a function to set the parameters of various basic operations which are carried out by each processor. The information received from the computer 2 is transmitted to each processor via the signal lines 5. A timing generating part 3 has a function to output the synchronizing signals of a fixed cycle to the processors 101 - 122 respectively via synchronizing signal line 6 so that the arithmetic processing of these processors can be carried out synchronously with each other and in a prescribed cycle. The synchronizing signal of a fixed cycle is transmitted to each processor. The processors are connected to each other via the exclusive connection lines 4 in accordance with these processors divided in parallel with each other. In such a constitution, a signal processing method having a large-scale and complicated contents is attained with high efficiency.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly realistic simulated picture reflecting the dynamic temperature characteristic of a display target in a simulated dark field picture generating device. SOLUTION: Each display target in a simulated picture is constituted of a polyhedron. Material ID indicating shape data and a material and speed relation flag are initialized in each face. In addition, the change rates of respective components due to the R/G/B components of a display color in a dark field and the temperature of the face, a temperature change rate due to the physical property of each material ID or a temperature change rate due to speed, etc., are also initialized. As to a display target such as a moving body (vehicle) in which speed flag is set up, a motion condition such as a moving speed, a direction and the operation state (ON/OFF) when having a heat source such as an engine is set up, and the motion (moving position) of the display target is calculated. After calculating the material temperature of each material ID and the temperature of a face having a speed relation flag due to the effect of the speed and the heat source, the current temperature of each face is found out based upon current time and current air temperature calculated from a reference value and the R/G/B components are determined based upon the current temperature.

    • PURPOSE:To provide the signal processor which dynamically change the assignment of plural processors without interrupting processing when the throughput of signals succeeding with time varies momentarily. CONSTITUTION:A total controller 2 has control data managing means 22-24 which perform total control and also manage the assignation of the operation groups of plural processor 1. Each processor 1 has an arithmetic part 12 which processes an assigned operation group, an input/output part 13 which sends are receives data to and from the processors 1 in the precedent and following stages, and a control part 11 which controls those respective parts according to control data from a total control part. The control part 11 has an operation monitor means 111 which monitors the arithmetic part 12 and stops its processing when end time comes before processing is completed, an assignation determining means 112 which checks the result and determine assignation that the control part can process, and a state information means 112 which sends the determined assignation. The total control part 2 receives the assignation determined by the processor of the precedent stage and assignates operation which is unprocessed in the precedent stage to the processor in the following stage without interruption the operation.

CONSTITUTION:Execution control 22 is started after receiving transmission information, refers to the start processing 211 of a processing procedure table 21 and refers to an incidental execution condition 212. The execution control 22 recognizes a processing number in the execution condition 212, refers to a corresponding completion/non-completion tag in transmission information, starts the processing of the processing number in the execution condition 212 when the completion/non-completion tag is OFF and turns on the completion/ non-completion tag to which transmission information corresponds, after the processing is completed. When the completion/non-completion tag 32 is ON, it is judged whether the whole execution conditions are completed or not, the processing which is recorded in the start processing 211 is started when the whole execution conditions are completed and the completion/non-completion tag corresponding to the processing which is recorded in the start processing 211 is turned on.
