摘要： To enable a bunch of sheets to be reliably discharged to a stack tray, also in the case where weight of the bunch of sheets formed on a processing tray is large, upon receiving a printing command, a main body control section checks information on an ink discharge amount in printing on a sheet, the number of sheets, sheet type and printing mode (two-side/one-side). By this means, the section recognizes weight of the bunch of sheets formed on the processing tray, and when determining that the weight is heavier than predetermined weight, deceases an upper limit value of the number of sheets of a bunch of sheets formed at a time to report to a user.

摘要： To enable a bunch of sheets to be reliably discharged to a stack tray, also in the case where weight of the bunch of sheets formed on a processing tray is large, a post-processing control section receives information on an ink discharge amount, the number of sheets, sheet type, and printing mode (two-side/one-side) in printing on sheets from a main body control section of an image forming unit A, in forming a bunch of sheets on the processing tray. The control section thereby recognizes weight of a bunch of sheets formed on the processing tray, and when the section determines that the weight is heavier than predetermined weight, decreases a rotation velocity of a drive motor of a sheet bunch transport means, or increases a current amount applied to the drive motor. By this means, torque of the motor is increased, and the bunch of sheets is reliably discharged to the first stack tray.

摘要： A sheet post-processing device includes a conveying section that conveys a paper sheet; a punch section that punches punch holes in the paper sheet conveyed by the conveying section; a stacker section that stores the paper sheet in which the punch holes are punched by the punch section; a binding section that binds a paper sheet bundle stored in the stacker section with a binding member; and a controller that controls the above sections. The controller selectively performs a ring binding mode and a direct binding mode. The ring binding mode is a mode in which punch holes are punched in the paper sheet by the punch section and then the binding member is made to penetrate the punch holes for binding. The direct binding mode is a mode in which the binding member is directly driven into the paper sheet bundle without punching the punch holes in the sheet.

An apparatus for applying narrow pressure to a plurality of sheets with a pair of pressurizing surfaces to perform press binding is provided with first and second pressurizing surfaces opposed to each other with sheets nipped therebetween, and a pressurization driver that shifts a position of at least one of the first and second pressurizing surfaces from a waiting position separated to an actuation position for coming into press-contact.

摘要： A sheet post-processing device includes a conveying section that conveys the paper sheet, a punch section that punches punch holes in the paper sheet conveyed by the conveying section, a stacker section that stores the paper sheet in which the punch holes are punched by the punch section, a stopper section that regulates a conveying direction leading end of the paper sheet stored in the stacker section; a binding section that binds the paper sheet bundle whose leading end is regulated by the stacker section, and a folding section that folds the paper sheet bundle bound by the binding section at a predetermined folding position. The punch section punches the punch holes at the front and rear of the folding position in the sheet conveying direction, and the binding section binds the paper sheet bundle with a paper-made staple by making the paper-made staple penetrate the punch holes. With this configuration, there can be provided a sheet-post processing device capable of easily generating a booklet for simple ring binding.

摘要： Provided is an image forming system having a simple buffer mechanism and capable of preventing paging disorder when image-formed sheets are fed to a processing section. The present invention is featured in that an image forming order of a plurality of sheets to be made to stand by in a buffer section of a conveying path for guiding the sheets to a processing section is made different from an image forming order of sheets that are not made to stand by. To realize this, the system includes an image forming section, an accumulating section that accumulates image-formed sheet for processing, a conveying path along which the sheet is conveyed from the image forming section to the accumulating section, a buffer section disposed in the conveying path, in which the sheet to be fed to the accumulating section is made to temporarily stay, and a control section that controls the image forming section and the accumulating section.
