    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable compressor for reducing oil exhaustion, in a scroll compressor for refrigeration and air-conditioning. SOLUTION: This problem is solved by arranging a balance weight installed on a driving shaft for driving a compressor mechanism part and a partition plate for partitioning a delivery pipe positioned between the compressor mechanism part and an electric motor part, in the compressor having the compressor mechanism part, the electric motor part and an oil reservoir part in a sealed vessel. This invention can restrain the oil exhaustion, since turbulence of an air current of a lower space by the balance weight has no influence on the delivery pipe, by being divided into an intermediate lower space for positioning the balance weight under the partition plate and an intermediate upper space for positioning the delivery pipe positioned above the partition plate, in an intermediate space between a compression mechanism part and the electric motor part, by arranging the horizontal partition plate in a space between the balance weight and the delivery pipe. The drainage pipe 60 passing through the recess 18a is formed in a flat cylinder thinned down in a radial direction of the stator 18. The recess 18a is made shallow corresponding to the flat cylindrical shape of the drainage pipe 60.
